I had made an appointment online as suggested since the satellite location in Robertsdale is still under construction for my tag renewal. I arrived at 2:27 pm and my appointment was for 2:30 pm. I checked in and received my number. The chairs were full. My number was called and I was leaving at 2:42 pm. The lady helping me was very personable and very efficient. I recommend everyone to make an appointment online to avoid a long wait or pay the extra dollar and mail the renewal in. I have always had a great experience here. Now that they rebuilt the building a few years shot it's is really nice and they have done a great job at building upkeep. Being stationed out of the state I still come back here because they always work with me and my government service. Out of all the government offices I have ever been, the staff here is the best. Definitely better staff than at the outer courthouses in Baldwin County. read more

I renewed tags on six vehicles that were previously registered in Mobile and a new boat in less than 20 minutes without an appointment. I cannot believe how efficient and professional they are after dealing with the Mobile offices for the last 25 years. Tanzie was outstanding. had a case with judge Scully. he was so extremely biased from day one that i knew there absolutely nothing i wouldve been able to do to win. he was arrogant pompous extremely rude. i wasnt once allowed to defend myself or have any witnesses as a matter of fact the truth was irrelevant in his court. everytime i was asked to speak i was immediately and rudely told to shut up he was working with the plaintiff the entire time. i had an extreme amount of evidence that wouldve kept any judge from ruling in favor of the plaintiff. the plaintiff had absolutely nothing against me. there is so much more its really not funny. from everything i observed..he should not be a judge. and seeing how he handled things it truly disturbs and scares me to think the ratio of innocent to guilty people he has most likely wrongfully locked up based on his biased attitude. i wish i had better to say but 10 years of respect i had for that man because of how he handled my brother in a case disappeared in an instant when i saw what he was truly about. if this is the kind of judge all judges have become...i dont understand why we allow the judicial system to continue existing. i was literally the only person in that case who was telling the truth. but like i said truth was irrelevant to him. i called him on the fact that he was working with the plaintiff and he told me not to disrespect the court. i have utmost respect for our courts and what they represent. it wasnt me who was disrespecting the court. he violated every single right i had in Court. violated and is still in violation of a federal law under the ICWA. and appears to enjoy that fact immensely. i could go on and on cause this was just a fraction of my experience here. the saddest part of all this...i can prove it beyond a reasonable doubt. but itll do no good. they do things they shouldn't and get away with things they shouldn't and until we change that..then absolute power corrupts absolutely read more

Considering this is a government building.... It's a bit odd to review but... I've been too many different tag offices and DMVs and this is one of the cleanest and most smoothly run location I've been too. You'll be in and out very quickly! Only thing that takes a while is the driving test. I knew this because the people inside are the same ones giving the driving test. So they must go out with the new driver before they can come back and serve the next person. It's a bit annoying when you want to take your motorcycle test on the computer and they have to leave five times until it's your turn. Luckily, renewals are easy and done in a different office. Worst attitudes from every single person I came in contact with. Longest time I've had to wait. Rude about an error on my paperwork, wouldn't let me back in after I corrected it. They only had ONE person doing anything other than tag renewals. Hate that they're the closest place for me. read more
