There never was any pressure to be done selecting the fabrics to start work, and we certainly took our time to find the right colors and materials. Because that selection is very important and he is cognizant of it. When the selection was done, he came to us to pick everything up and did the work quicker than we thought it would have been possible since we extended the scope of the work on the fly: we decided to replace all the existing 23 year old seat and back foam in addition to re-upholstering, also grease up the rotating stools, add nonscratch pads to legs, and apply two layers of Scotchguard. Everything happened smoothly, with wonderful timely communication along the way, and finally delivery with everything carefully wrapped up in plastic for protection. The final result vowed us!
