Cesar was so close to closing the deal until..... We were using USAA for our financing and we wanted to make sure they were familiar. First they said we could take the vehicle.. ugh wrong. Cesar goes and gets some guy, Jim, Brian, I don't recall his name. We will call him Richard. Richard walks over, massive attitude, arguing with me over financing. My husband is outside looking at this vehicle mind you, and this guy is literally bullying me about how my financing paperwork was delivered to me. I calmly walk outside, get in my car, tell my husband what just happened. He walks in, takes back our financing paperwork and tells Cesar that Richard being a Richard just cost his a sale. He tried to talk about it and safe the deal, too little too late. Went to Lexus a week later, spent $50k, dealt with much better people, and got a beautiful car. Their loss. Certainly wasn't mine.

I live over an hour away. I took it to my local gm dealer and they confirmed the transmission is bad and needed to be replaced. We confirmed this all within 4 days of my buying the vehicle. I called Zac, my sales guy, and he got in it right away. He got his manager Chad involved, and together they took full ownership of the problem immediately, and worked diligently to quickly get my issue resolved. So much so that upon discovering that the transmission shop they prefer to use has a three week wait period on it, that they just hired my local GM dealership to handle it all and paid them directly. It was not cheap, and unfortunately it's unlikely that their dealership made any money on this sale, in fact they probably lost money, but they certainly did take care of me, the customer, and as a result they won my trust and I absolutely 100% for sure would buy from Zac and Holiday again. Things go wrong sometimes, but they handled it perfectly. Above and beyond as far as I'm concerned. They earned all 5 stars in this review.
