I have since had the unit re-repaired locally and it is now in perfect working condition. I was able to get a refund from eBay but not until I filed a Better Business Bureau complaint. They are now refusing to pay for the damage that they caused. They are make excuses, like "how do we know it wasn't damaged before" and the hilo driver is now claiming I was guiding him in. I wasn't in a position to guide him in yet and then he lunged fwd. A meeting was set up 1/28/13 6:30pm between CJ, Tim and the owner and no one showed up.
