I was completely at ease and felt I had been with them for years by the way I was treated, from the time I made my appointment until my first visit. Waiting was no problem, signed in and was seen within 10 mins of doing so. Allow for an hour or more for frist time visits and go in with as much medical info as possible, including MRI, x rays and other to ensure a proper treatment plan is put in place. A spring loaded manual activator was used on my neck and back. It was observed that have scoliosis, but thankfully, there was no mention of trying to fix my scoliosis. It was accepted that I have it. The Stim Wave (TENS unit) was used to help with pain as well. I am also thankful that they were understanding that it is difficult for me to lie down on the tables and they let me sit in my transport chair and had me lean forward to use the activator. All of the staff were very nice. They were also very sweet to my little service dog.
