I hired Balloon Monsoon for my grandniece's 5th Birthday party after seeing them work at a friend's party. It was a surprise attraction at the party for the kids as well as the adults. The birthday girl requested for the my melody character (which was the theme for her party). She was so thrilled that all her little friends requested for the same. GREG was the absolute BEST, and 10 stars as he was the highlight of our party! I hired him as a balloon artist for my daughter's birthday, and his services was one of the best things I've ever spent my money on. EVERYONE LOVED HIM. Parents, kids, and myself, as he was so nice and kid friendly. He hustled like crazy, and was working quickly and at "the FLASH" speed. Idk how many balloons he made within the 2 hours that I' hired him for, however, it felt like at least 100. Greg made the kids, their parents, and myself so happy. He chatted with the kids and everyone told me how nice he was and complimented him. He was super professional, (an hour early) to set up, and brought his own table. He even stayed an extra 10 minutes past his scheduled time (he was a hit) and refused extra payment. When I thanked him for working so hard, he told me (it's fun!). I hired Balloon Monsoon for my son's first birthday and they were great! My sister hired them for her son's first birthday a few months before mines so luckily Greg remembered her and made sure to keep the date free for me :) On the day of my party, two guys showed up and after a few minutes to set up, they started banging out the balloon animals. My niece was the special tester and was the first person in line for all my vendors to make sure they were good ;) There was already a line of kids (and adults) waiting for their balloon and these guys didn't get intimidated at all with the outrageous requests! They're very simple - all they need is an 8ft table, two or maybe three chairs and place them in a lit area. The balloon animals they created were crazy! I saw my family members walking around with amazing hats and animals.. One of my uncles has a knack of making crazy requests for balloon animals and these guys made it ! I also bought chrome twisting balloons and gave it to them to use for my party and it turned out amazing!!!! Definitely planning to do that again! read more

A team of three boys showed up and setup quick and made balloon creatures for our guest continuously for the next several hours. I hired Balloon Monsoon for my son's 1st birthday party, two guys worked on balloon characters for the entire crowd of over 250 people that day. I give them credit. Between kids with wild imaginations and without limitations, to adults that knew exactly what they wanted (but didn't get how complicated what they were asking for was), these guys kept their cool. Price was very reasonable, I didn't know they were sending two guys, so it worked out really well, no super long lines, and no kids or adults getting antsy waiting for their turn. I only had about 20 kids at the party and most of them are under 1 years old. But I hired them for 1.5 hours, so during down time, they kept making balloons and put it into the gift bags. I hired Balloon Monsoon about 2 months before my daughters first birthday party. They booked my event right away and also responded to my voicemails at a timely manner. They arrived at our event on time, did balloon twisting at a reasonable price, etc. knocked off stars mainly for the customer service at the actual event. Upon arriving, they asked where we placed their table (the area had an ample amount of space for twisting), and they said they didn't want to be placed there. As soon as they were done, I guess they wanted to leave right away, so one of their guys interrupted us during our cake-cutting, and asked (with attitude), for their payment. Maybe I'm being anal, but I would have appreciated it if we weren't interrupted during my daughter blowing candles and cutting her birthday cake. Very unprofessional.
