She has a good variety of backdrops to rent from and different designs to display your balloons. She is very easy to communicate with from the moment I first inquired from her to the day of my event. She was unable to receive the original shipment of basketball balloons in time for my event but she went out of her way to ensure I was happy and bought alternative ones from a local store. The best balloon service in the Bay Area! I found them on Instagram and immediately fell in love with their photos. I requested for a quote on their website and the owner Joana got back to me super fast. She literally put my vision to life. I asked for a neutral balloon backdrop with the gold ring for my baby shower and the whole entire setup was gorgeous. She even added the "oh baby" sign and pampas vase to really tie in the neutral baby shower theme together. Her and her husband setup the whole backdrop and when the baby shower was over they came back and took everything down which was so convenient considering the fact that I'm 8 months pregnant. My family also asked me where I had the balloons done. My cousin was able to book her the following week because she loved her work too.
