I had to throw a somewhat last-minute event for a corporate happy hour. I wanted to make it festive, so I looked for local balloon artists with high reviews. I didn't even ask Lynnett anything other than if she was available for the time/date I needed and showed her some themes I was thinking. However, I'm glad I picked San Jose Balloons. My initial inquiry was with Lynette all via text messaging. I'm the type of person who knows what I like and sometimes it's tough to describe in words, especially when it comes to designs, so being able to just show an example of what I wanted was key. I just went over a few designs that I saw online and showed Lynette and she said it was not a problem. They had a very competitive price and it fit the bill. I was able to pay by credit card as well. The day of the party, they came right on the time mentioned. Well before the party and enough time to setup. The crew who setup were nice folks. The balloon designs I had ordered required a stand and that was included with the price along with the delivery. They even helped hang a few balloons on the ceiling. The balloons stayed nice and inflated the entire day despite being outdoor and hitting up to highs of 80ish degrees. The guests were amazed and I was successful in my goal of throwing one of the nicest 1st birthday parties my family and friends have been to. The quality and design of the balloons were just as good as you see in the photos. San Jose Balloons is easy to work with and very accommodating. If you can't really describe what you want, just show them a picture you find online. Communication was great throughout the process.
