Delivery was prompt, setup was fast, and everything arrived clean and well maintained. The jumper looked great, and the cotton candy machine was spotless and worked perfectly. The best surprise was the cotton candy package itself. It included the sugar floss and cones needed for the event. As someone who had already mentally prepared to end up with five pounds of leftover sugar and 500 cones from Amazon, this was a welcome discovery. The kids loved it, the adults appreciated how smoothly everything ran, and I appreciated not having to spend the morning troubleshooting equipment or making emergency party-supply purchases. One small note for future customers: the remaining balance was requested via cash or Venmo at delivery. I wasn't expecting that, so it would have been helpful to know upfront. The cubs, yeah, they are cute, and you get to pet and play with several born throughout the year,…read morebut have you ever noticed how quickly they breed their animals?? They practice similar breeding as a Puppy Mill, breeding their females several times a year to produce cubs. Naturally the cats wouldn't produce as many, and with the leopards, they seem to be forced into breeding, by keeping a male and female together throughout the year, even though they are solitary animals. The cages are obviously too small, and there's nothing attractive about them, with gravel bedding, cement, chain link fencing, and even electrical wires. There's no veggitation in the enclosures, and aside from a few ledges and platforms, and pools in with the tigers, there's nothing for the cats to do. They sit around all day, bored. Other zoos actually have guided tours where the handlers will interact with the large cats, giving them an enriched life, and better photo opportunities. I can't say any better for the other animals around the park, their living conditions aren't any better. However I will say that they did put in a hand washing station outside, finally. The free roaming animals are a nuseance, and potentially dangerous when you have feed for them. Children are trampled, and elderly people knocked down. I would suggest they reduce the number of animals allowed to roam, or else someone may decide to sue the park for injuries. Otherwise, if you're the type of person who doesn't mind seeing animals in small enclosures, and only want to pet the cubs, then this is the place for you.

Philip was working hard because those sweats don't lie, lol. Used 2 outlets for the jumper, so be sure to have outlets available. And that they do not connect to each other, so the electricity would not shut off because of too much power. Kenji came to pick up with Philip around 8-9pm on Sunday. Which was perfect because by then everyone would of left and got ready for school the next day (today). They came, picked up, and left. Fast, efficient and professional. You got me as a forever returning client!
