After the call, she sent the quote within 24 hrs. Due to weather restrictions, I requested to change from outdoor set-up to an indoor one. She asked for photos of new location to make sure there is enough space. On the day of the event, they showed up on time. Again, they are very easy to work with. And on top of that she only wants cash and refused to provide business insurance and told me to tell the venue she was my cousin so they don't ask for insurance! Shady! Will definitely report to bbb! In response to your lies First of all my event was december not october, leaving a review on yelp is not harassment, i spoke to you over the phone asking for your business insurance and YOU told me you dont have one and to tell them you're my cousin so they dont charge you!
