Alan was great! We ordered approximately 100 balloons, and had him make a balloon arch. Since I couldn't have gotten these items in my car, nor did I have time to make a balloon arch, I knew I'd need to go with a delivery company. He had great reviews so I decided to use him. Alan responded immediately to my inquiries, of which there were many. I had to make some changes and he was great with those as well. His prices were comparable to the other companies. He and his wife delivered everything, were on time, hung my balloon arch for me, and I was really pleased with the whole experience. I will use him again. The time and hassle I saved by using him was worth it!! read more

So impressed! OC Balloon Party was great. Easy to communicate with, reasonably priced, prompt in delivery and pickup, easy to work with, and most importantly honest and handles their business with integrity. They had a ton of options and styles and we found one that worked with our budget. We got the colors we wanted and it was the perfect centerpiece for our event. The arch was delivered in 2 pieces and assembled on site. Then they came to pick up afterwards. I could have paid more and likely kept the arch... but what the heck am I going to with it and how would I transport it home from the venue!?! So this worked out perfectly. I could have paid less and did it myself! But my setup time and help was limited and I had so many other things to do, so OC Balloon was the perfect solution for me. Alan was the first to respond after contacting a few companies to make a balloon garland for a dessert table. He was very responsive and easy to communicate with. I was contacted the day before drop off which is HUGE because I have heard of horror stories of companies not showing up. Our Story Our family business began in 2018 when my wife turned her love for decorating into a dream she now leads with passion. I jumped in to help, and together we started creating beautiful events with balloons, flowers, and creative setups. What began with small parties and late-night decorating sessions quickly grew into full event planning for baby showers, birthdays, weddings, store openings, and more. We’ve built balloon arches in the rain, arranged flowers on the kitchen table, and had plenty of laughs along the way. Today, my wife proudly runs the business, and I support her every step as we continue bringing joy, color, and unforgettable setups to every celebration.

It's 930 and I call her and she said she was only delivering the chairs and would double check the invoice about the umbrellas. I sent her a screenshot of the invoice which included the umbrellas. She said she was running behind and we'll get back to me. She never got back to me. I called her multiple times. Texted her multiple times and no response. She is completely unprofessional. I understand there's delays but to ignore your client is unacceptable. I had to call another rental company last minute to get chairs and umbrellas for my occasion. Do not use her despite the positive reviews.

Some had high minimums that I couldn't meet and Laura's had really good prices so it seemed like a no brainer. Well, you get what you pay for. I'll start with the good... Pros: 1. Very affordable and transparent pricing. 2. Laura was very responsive and easy to work with. 3. Delivery was on time and efficient. Now for the negatives, and reasons why I removed 2 stars: 1. Chairs arrived FILTHY. I spent nearly 2 hours cleaning and scrubbing dirt and stains off 16 chairs. 2. During delivery the young man swung around a stack of chairs and put a dent in our garage refrigerator. Thank goodness we'd moved our cars out of the way before they arrived. 3. Pickup was supposed to happen the following day (Friday). That day, I stayed home all day expecting a call/text that they'd be arriving soon to pickup the rental items, but no word. Then, the next day at 7:20am (Saturday) I am woken up by the doorbell ringing. I looked at my phone to check the time and saw a text from them only, 10 minutes prior, saying they'd be arriving soon.

The second time we used Legacy Party Rental at the outdoor event area in my community. Again, the delivery and pick up was timely and my request to move the layout of the tables was accommodated even after they set up the furniture. The prices are super reasonable compared to other rental companies in the area. I highly recommend Legacy Party Rentals and will be using them again in the future.

When I initially reached out to inquire if the rentals I needed for my daughters party were available he let me know they were. He even helped answer dimension questions based off the space I had and what I needed. I am so glad I used this company. Delivery: I let Pedro know that our house was ready and available for delivery whenever he wanted. It was Super Bowl weekend so I know lots of rentals needed to be dropped off. He brought the tent and chairs Thursday and the jumper and tables early Saturday. Everything was a big hit with our guest the entire weekend ! They are a true small business as a husband and wife team, they do everything themselves! Some of the things that stood out to me: 1. I sent them a dimension of my backyard and wanted their input on how many and what kind of tables would maximize my space. Brenda helped me mock up my drawing and gave me several suggestions, I so appreciated that. 2. I used their backdrop for both my bbq pre-wedding event and my wedding. After my bbq event, they told me they were going to touch up and clean the backdrop for me which they did! In my photos my bbq backdrop looked lighter and the wedding backdrop was darker and shiny, so thank you! 3. They were so friendly, trustworthy, and most importantly just kind. Brenda made sure to send an invoice and she would change it each time a change was noted. Rudy worked hard to bring and pickup all items. 4. Chairs and tables were clean! I rented the nicer padded garden style white chairs. They were relatively new and no marks or dings! 5. I had so many questions and they were so patient with me! I contacted OC Balloon party at the last minute to see if they could do a drive through balloon banner. Not only did the banner exceed our expectations but the customer service Alan provided was off the charts. He went above and beyond, visited our school to do a site check to make sure that the the banner would work out. It was FANTASTIC and put a smile on every kids face driving through it.
