I will acknowledge that I arrived late at 9:28 AM; however, the shop was still closed. I called the listed number and spoke with someone named Carlos, who informed me that an employee would arrive shortly and that she should be there within five minutes. I was understanding at the time, especially since I was already running late. Unfortunately, by 9:45 AM no one had arrived. I became increasingly anxious, as I was on my way to my cousin's funeral in Sylmar and was coming from Westminster. Being forced to wait an additional 30 minutes was extremely frustrating given the circumstances. When I attempted to call Carlos again for an update, my calls were no longer being answered. What was most disappointing was the complete lack of apology or effort to acknowledge the inconvenience. There was no attempt at customer service or reconciliation despite the situation. I also paid $136 for the arrangement when I was initially quoted $125, which I did not mind at the time because I had previously enjoyed purchasing flowers here and had only positive experiences in the past. Today was different. The lack of communication, accountability, and empathy resulted in me arriving late to my family's service. Given the nature of the occasion, this was especially upsetting. I am truly disappointed in how this situation was handled.

At this point the person that supposed recieved the arrangement left work since they delivery never arrive in the time frame the agree on. The person may not see the arrangements till Monday where mostly will no look fresh anymore. Update: I got a call from the store that they were 2 hours later for the lots of deliveries they have. I mention that the person was no longer at the location so they offered to change the delivery location. 2 hours later the flowers bee received and look beautiful. They definitely went the extra mile to make sure we were happy at the end of the day.

My friend who does housekeeping was ecstatic to find a spray that makes leafs shiny. This isn't a formal shop. It's a warehouse full of flora and ware. That said, I wouldn't bring anyone who is a fall risk. There are buckets and carts, boxes and maybe a hose. Folks here are kind. Prices are great. A hidden OC treasure.

She did not care and went on and on and on about how tired she is and that she wants to quit and that nobody wants to work on Sundays and how it was practically my fault. Those are all your problems lady. She then finally offered to do my next arrangement all up nice and pretty, not free, but make it nice. YOU SHOULD BE DOING THAT REGARDLESS! also why would I trust you with another order? Flowers were still delivered and eventually received all I asked was for a $50 refund to compensate for the facts that they were not delivered on the date I was guaranteed. No one even called me to let me know they would be delivered early so I could make sure someone was there to receive them. She says I'm unbelievable and says to never order flowers from her again and that they will drive back, and take back the flowers and give a full refund. And continued to go on about all her problems and how hard it is to run the store. She's sick, she's tired, she wants to quit, no body wants to work anymore and would not be giving me any partial refund without going and taking the flowers back from the recipient. On her 5th time complaining about all her sorrows and troubles I had to hang up because we all got our own problems and I didn't pay you $300 to be your therapist. RUN FROM THIS PLACE. Jennifer's professionalism and communication was not there: -She would take longer than two days to get back to us the week of the wedding for urgent questions and claimed that she is "too busy" - but she had enough time to post pictures of the flowers she bought for our wedding, as well as repost Taylor Swift's engagement on Instagram. Lady, you have time -Our first look photos were 2 hours before our church ceremony, and she said that she would not be able to deliver the bouquet and boutonnieres up to Inland Empire. She wanted me to ask our photographer who is local to OC bring the flowers - which is not his job. I ended up picking up the flowers the day before, had followed all instructions that she provided, and the flowers were not in good condition the morning of our wedding day. -I had told her multiple times that my family member would be making boutonnieres for the aunts/uncles which she okay'd. Before the evening reception, she threatened to take all of the flowers away because it was "breaching contract" and that my family was not allowed to make their own boutonnières. After we had showed her screenshots of the email exchange of our agreement, she backed off. -I had created a visual mockup of how we wanted our sweetheart table to look (flower meadow along with a sign of our last names). the day of, she took creative liberty and when told that the sweetheart table was not what I had specified, she said that "this is what the bride had wanted". After physically adjusting the sweetheart table myself during the room reveal, she finally adjusted things similar to the original mockup that i created for her, during cocktail hour. -during my husband and I's room reveal and private vow exchange, she lingered the whole time not to adjust the sweetheart table, but to take photos of us for her social media. it made us extremely uncomfortable and we had to ask staff to have her leave. -she delayed the time that our guests were allowed to enter the reception, because she was taking social media photos and videos for her personal use. -she had promised to have another boutonniere ready for my husband at the reception so that it would look fresh for reception photos - when we had asked her at the reception where the boutonniere was, she said that she "forgot to make one". My husband's best man was kind enough to give him his boutonnière instead. She came back after saying that she will make my husband's bout, but will not be making one for the best man that gave his bout away.
