Poor customer service and balloons fell apart within the hour. Their excuse: it was fine when we left it..Would not answer calls asking for help to remedy the situation. Very unprofessional. I would NEVER use them again. Nope it wasn't weather condition, it was POOR construction. I said it WASN'T the wind. I secured the banner myself. Your fish line did little to support it.
