Poor customer service and balloons fell apart within the hour. Their excuse: it was fine when we left it..Would not answer calls asking for help to remedy the situation. Very unprofessional. I would NEVER use them again. Nope it wasn't weather condition, it was POOR construction. I said it WASN'T the wind. I secured the banner myself. Your fish line did little to support it. What a waste of money. Btw, I gave your kid that you brought to my home juice and let her into my home. Unbelievable that you would twist things and say how it's not your fault balloons fell apart.
