I will continue to twist balloon animals and creations at festivals, children's birthday parties, and corporate/school events etc. — something I very much love and enjoy. However, I will no longer be offering balloon decor services, such as balloon arches/garlands, back drop rentals, or helium balloons. This does NOT affect clients that have paid deposits for upcoming events. This comes as a bittersweet announcement, as l have enjoyed creating decor for you all over the past 4 years. With recent changes in my nursing career, I needed to make this shift due to time constraints. Thank you for allowing me to be a part of your bridal showers, baby showers, birthdays, graduations, and other special events. We had a horrible experience with this balloon décor company…read more The person handling the balloon decorations was extremely difficult to communicate with. They would not talk over the phone or meet in person, which made planning very frustrating. I hired them for my daughter's birthday party, and the balloon arch was not assembled properly. It collapsed within 30 minutes of being set up, and I spent a large part of the party trying to fix it instead of enjoying the celebration with my family and guests. They also mentioned that they had forgotten some balloon supplies but still charged the full amount. The service did not match what was promised, and the quality of the work was very disappointing. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Save your time, money, and stress by hiring someone else.
