Balloons Place has an excellent selection of latex and mylar balloons in addition to all kinds of accessories, like those used to create balloon arches. You can choose from various sizes and all sorts of colors. You should have no problem finding the balloon you're looking for. But good luck getting good service. As others have mentioned, customer service doesn't seem to be very important to the people who work there. They hardly give you the time of day when you walk in. If I remember correctly, they have a strict no refund policy. And if you need helium in your balloons, their prices are higher than other places. I went to them for a few years until I found out that Dollar Tree offers helium balloons for much less. Maybe if I was a party planner or had a big project, I would go back. Beautiful new chic balloon supply store. Probably a bit higher priced than necessary for balloons and a separate almost similar cost for helium air..... Only 3 employees in the store, no customers inside but I had to wait while the initial clerk completed computer entries. I was there nearly 30 minutes about 4 balloons. I guess I'm used to the general speed of those commercial stores that sell balloons, but there was no sense of urgency to service walk-in customers. Complete lack of customer service, professionalism and common courtesy! My wife patiently waited to pay, while the cashier was on the phone. Cashier finally hangs up the phone and instead of ringing up our items, she begins to fiddle with the remote adjusting the music. Then the phone rings again, and instead of ringing up our items, she once again ignores my wife and picks up the phone and proceeds to engage in conversation. Thank you for showing us you don't want our business and wont even give the courtesy of acknowledgment to a ready-to-pay customer. We of course left and will not return. read more

The balloons seem to me to be low quality. They are discolored, stuck together and leave a door on top after blown up. Would not exchange or refund the money. Almost a $100.00 down the drain. Also, while in the store while the staff was polite, they were not available for questions that required more than a yes no answer. No balloons are priced.
