Cleanliness was noticeably lacking during our visit, especially for a facility that sees constant kid traffic and high-touch surfaces. More frequent cleaning would make a big difference. Another challenge is the seating situation. Seating is extremely limited, and what is available is not positioned in a way that allows parents to comfortably keep eyes on their children while they play. At places like this, active supervision is important, and parents often need to stay hyper-vigilant. Unfortunately, the layout doesn't really support that, and staff did not seem particularly accommodating to parents trying to remain close or maintain visibility of their kids. Overall, the concept is fun and the kids enjoyed themselves, but better cleanliness, more thoughtful seating placement, and a more parent-aware environment would significantly improve the experience.
