I needed a dozen colorful balloons from this lovely place called "Balloons You Love". I have been here several years ago to buy balloons again. So it has been my 2nd visit to this shop. Shop is very clean, elegant, classy, and very lavish looking. Prices are very affordable to the quantity and the quality of the balloons. Iris, being the owner and very personable, helpful, full of creativity, imagination, professional.. took my order and gave me exactly what I have requested for my friends's son's 5th birthday party. Can't forget to mention that they have a 24 hour delivery service. I was hoping for them to also sell novelty items and flowers; but, they don't offer those products which is still ok. My friend's son was very happy with his birthday balloons and so was his mom and the rest of their guests. I was there a week ago. Don't look any further, call or go in person and see Iris with a beautiful personality. They do it all, from custom arrangements to full blown decor. It is truly a hidden gem. Established in 2014. My original vendor canceled and I was looking for someone to put a doll in a balloon hanging on a string for a gender reveal with confetti inside as well. I asked my brother to pick up some number balloons for my grandmother's 80th Birthday. I wanted an 8 and a 0. I told him to go to Party City, but he insisted on finding a smaller, local business that he could support. He got in contact with Balloons you Love and she gave him a quote. She said it would be $17 for each number and $13 for each weight. She then provided a link to the picture on the left (blue #6) and said that this was an example of what we would be getting. It was a classic example of bait and switch. We thought we would be getting a number, accompanied with nice balloons, and of course weighted down to display. Instead, we received the balloons on the right (gold #80). It was the numbers like we asked, but instead of nice balloons, there were small ones around the weight itself. People go to big businesses because we know exactly what we're paying for and it's pretty cut and dry. We sought out a small business to get that extra special personal touch. We paid $65 for those balloons and we were very disappointed with what we received. read more
