Awesome service, kind, attentive, and worked with me to create beautiful balloon arrangements for my daughters birthday party.

Great to work with and I will return! We had a small goof up with the colors, which they fixed right away. My daughter said this is her "new favorite color palette"!

We got some balloons for our high school reunion from Elegant Balloons and they turned out great! I was happy we could support this local business. The owner was also very nice and helpful.

Came in same day for a big balloon bouquet for my dad's 71st bday. My dad was SO HAPPY when he saw it. It was such a great addition to his bday celebration. The bouquet came out absolutely beautiful!! Exceeded my expectations. Fairly priced and she even added some more balloons for free cause she felt it would make it look even better (she was right). Couldn't have asked for more!

Great place for balloons. The person on the phone was super helpful in talking through my order and they had it ready to go as promised when I went to pick up. Also very nice in person to me and my daughter when we went in. And, the pricing was better than some alternatives I had seen, and a more pleasant experience than going to a larger party chain store. Came in to get a special balloon for my little boy and will be back! Hooshang and his wife are part of the LA community and she is currently being detained by ICE. This is a very special store run by a special family who is going through the most painful situation imaginable. The day before my son's birthday party, after thinking we'd be fine without the extravagant balloons I usually order, I panicked and decided I wanted some balloons. So I called elegant balloons about 30 min before they closed and they said they'd wait for me to drive over to place my order which needed to be ready by 9:30am Sunday morning. They were easy to work with and considering it's a small store they had what I needed and I felt the price was fair. Is it cheap like at big chain party stores? No. But the convenience and ability to have my order before 10am on a Sunday was worth it. The final product (a couple of balloon bouquets and mylar balloons) was better than I expected. It's been 36 hours and the balloons are still floating (but obviously don't look fresh). But hey that's better than the quality from other places! Definitely recommend for your next balloon order. read more

One of the last things in my party preparations was balloons, and I decided to check out "Elegant Balloons". I was a little wary asking for prices since this location is right in Studio City. I was pleasantly surprised by the prices and dealing with the relaxed nature of Shawn, whom talked me through options, We did a deal and Shawn made time to do a delivery to my party destination. Wow, this place is AMAZING! As a Realtor, I love ordering my balloons from them and making my clients happy. They provide excellent service and always with efficient and wonderful job. If there's one thing I'm big on, it's principle! With that being said I didn't come in to order a huge balloon arrangement, no! I was simply walking by one afternoon after grabbing coffee nearby when I spotted a cute Fathers Day balloon. I came in to inquire about it but was out for a walk and didn't want to walk home carrying it for a couple of miles. I asked to purchase it and return for pick up on Fathers Day morning when I'd be back on the block for farmers market. The store associate charged me, wrote a note on my Mylar purchase, stamped it paid, had me leave me name and number and issued a receipt. Well... come Sunday morning pick up I walk in to be told they don't have what's mine. Why is it mine? If you need to ask, you're delusional but here's your answer, it's mine because I paid for it days prior! Anyways I was told it was used in a balloon bouquet and then offered the display version that's been flying in the sun and wind the past who knows how long! Long story short I can't respect a small business when they operate this way. While I try to support small businesses if you're going to take my money, then sell what's mine or use it in another order and it not be mine when I return to pick up that speaks volumes to your service. Any business that would treat a customer this way on a tiny but nonetheless meaningful order cannot and should not be trusted with any substantial order for any occasion that matters because you could very well make a purchase for them to give away to someone else. Terrible! They could have offered to jazz up the order to make good on selling what I had purchased days prior but instead wrote off this poor behavior as no big deal. Keep away from here unless you appreciate this sort of service. read more

AWFUL customer service to start, the two people that were there were quite rude, they made me feel like they didn't want to "put up" with me while I was looking for a few balloons for a coworkers going away party. Very small selection with outdated balloons that were way over priced & what I did see they did not have in stock. They were pushing me to buy this baby balloon when it was for an adult. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this place! read more

Very affordable with friendly, trustworthy service. I've ordered balloons twice from them and their prices beat all those on the other side of the hill. If my memory serves delivery was around $10 for Beverly Hills. I am taking away 1 star because they didn't email me the receipt when I asked them to. They did leave a copy of the receipt with the balloons though. I will definitely be ordering from them again! read more

Elegant Balloons did a great job providing some outstanding balloons for our 4-year-old son's birthday party: GIANT silver ones, each free-standing (weighted down by silver tile) and spelling out his name and the number 4. I had no idea they would be so huge - and our son adored them. Also, everyone could find us very easily in the park. The only down side was, they were about 30 minutes late with the delivery - didn't really make a difference to us, but I'd recommend asking for a nice early delivery time. I never thought I'd find myself in a situation where I had a "balloon emergency" and needed some delivered with almost no notice, but today I found myself in the midst of one so I headed over to Yelp and found Elegant Balloons. Shawn was very helpful and mere hours later, a balloon bouquet was delivered - and not just any bouquet, but an absolutely delightful assortment of fun and festive balloons....perfect for my boss' birthday. I love getting Balloons from this place. I ordered a "hot air" balloon for my friend's daughter and she loved it! It's huge and so well decorated! I've also gotten a delivery made for a special someone, it's called a "Special bouquet"... OMG it looked awesome it had all sorts of different and fun balloons... with confetti and balloons inside balloons and flower shapes! I loved it. I had a great time shopping at this store. I had never been to a balloon store before, so I had no idea how to order or what my options were. The owner Shawn was very helpful and fun to chat with. He made my balloons fast while I waited looking at his photo albums/eating some grapes he offered to me :) I have no kids or friends who have kids so I live far away from the balloon world. When I think of parties I don't think of balloons. But visiting this store gave me some exciting balloon ideas for parties and even my wedding that is probably not going to happen anytime soon. Yasmine and Sean were instrumental in creating one of those childhood moments that kids look back and remember fondly throughout their adulthood. Yasmine was a true artist with all her balloon creations and probably made over 30 balloon designs that day ranging from unicorns, princesses, ninjas, sharks, Mario, Superheros, flowers, hats etc. In my head, I know all those kids wished they had parents half as cool as us, ha! Their representative informed me that if I went with the 21ft garland, they would throw in free delivery (a $150 value). I asked for the balloon color options and a contract but it was never sent. I followed up a few weeks later and they sent a very limited selections for balloon color options only. When I followed up on the contract and to pay the deposit for the balloons, they said they would no longer offer free delivery. The person was very dismissive and could care less that my event was a month away. Luckily, I found a different balloon company, Plan My Party LA, for a fraction of the price.
