Peppa Pig 3 year old birthday ballon Stand

I ordered a Peppa Pig 3 Year old balloon stand $175.00. To say my expectations went above and beyond is an understatement. It was beautiful and we loved it. Joyce delivered the balloons and set them up at the party location. Would purchase balloons again from her. P.S. I ordered my balloons on June 11th and they are still alive and strong on my front porch where my 3 year old plays every day.

Beautiful arrangement from Perky Petals! Great customer service and the delivery driver Julian was great! Perky Petals is Murrieta's #1 flower shop! I will ALWAYS order my flowers from Perky Petals.. you should do the same..

I absolutely loved working with Balloontasy. Joyce and her team were a pleasure to work with! I rented a backdrop and balloon garland. They even customized the backdrop by letting me pick my own color. They set up in a timely manner and also broke down the backdrop. Joyce sent pictures of the backdrop and balloon colors ahead of time and helped me choose the best colors. Everyone at the party commented on how great the balloon and backdrop looked! It was such a huge hit at the event. I would certainly work with them again for all my backdrop and balloon garland needs!!! 10/10.

I used her for my husband's 50th birthday party and was able to use some of the balloons again. Then I used her for a giant retirement party and she graciously set up after 9 pm because of room availability. I would 100% recommend this business because of the displays and how reliable this service is. It's even better that you're not getting fleeced.

Unfortunately one of the main themed balloon started losing air after an hour or so. I contacted her and she immediately agreed to come back and fix it, which she did. Checked the balloon for a leak, added more air, and secured it in place. Although she and I both didn't hear any air leaking, but after she fixed it, it kept losing air. When she left first time, she asked me to let her know if it start losing air again. So I did let her know, and she came back right away to now replace the leaking balloon. She really make sure she deliver the right service.

I needed balloons delivered by 7am for an event that was starting at 8am. It was difficult to find someone that would delivery that early. Joyce was very responsive during the whole process. The Party Packages are the best "bang for your buck", and we were able to purchase one of the packages which included tables, chairs, a jumper, and heaters. In advance of our event / booking, we initially requested an early morning drop off or prior day drop off for our event. With reluctance (and pointing out the confirmed timing of our event during booking), the owner agreed to an early drop off. The drop off occurred an hour and a half past the originally confirmed time, and was told a "flat tire" caused the delay.. when the crew arrived, it was very clear a flat did not happen and I was fed an excuse for sympathy. I tried to contact the owner during this timeframe multiple times as no updates were provided and panic arose in the concern if the equipment was even going to be delivered. Ultimately, the equipment arrived but the delay in drop off led to issues in our setup prior to our event as well as significant stress in the lapse of communication. Overall, the equipment delivered was in good shape, but the jumper came undone a couple of times (due to poor setup and clamping of the back entry) while children were inside. The no acknowledgement, and no follow through from owner to address their error was disappointing considering we had specific conversations around the need for a timely delivery for our event. I'd be cautious booking this vendor especially for time sensitive setups.
