Myra was amazing at helping us choose the style for our baby shower and it came out spectacular! We did the grab-and-go option and she helped us load it into our car with ease. She helped us understand how to install the cascade balloons and provided us the required clips and extra rubber bands to get it the way we wanted exactly. Her balloons can modulate easily (reposition) and that was a nice touch to have. She was able to communicate via text and has been very flexible with date changes (such as rainy days). This place is exactly what I needed! I was looking for an actual balloon store with someone who knew what they were doing and could guide me with my decoration ideas. Myra was so kind and patient with all my questions and ideas. She's been doing this for years and it shows. I highly recommend Balloon Boom Decor! Cinthia is very friendly and accommodating. It was a Last minute order and she was able to Deliver to my home. I will definitely use her again. I would say This arrangement was at least 3 feet tall. I had a question about the balloons the next day and she responded back sooner than I expected. I appreciate that because it shows that she cares about customer service. They accept cash, Zelle or Venmo . No credit/debit cards. Thanks again Cinthia for such a beautiful balloon display! If I could leave zero stars I would. THEY ARE SCAM ARTISTS. I originally contacted them in January for my bridal shower and they told me they could do it. A month before my event I tried to follow up and I was ignored. A week before my event I messaged Myra and she finally answered. Two days before my event I tried to confirming payment since all my other vendors were in touch already and she said I can pay before the event. She confirmed she was attending and had taken my deposit. SHE NEVER SHOWED UP! Do not use this company. Myra read my message the morning of the event and ignored me. They took my deposit and never provided the service. Save yourself the trouble and use a different company. read more

Extremely disappointed and dissatisfied with the service at this business. I paid $250 for a balloon garland, using their own Balloon Boom Decor instagram work as inspiration for what I wanted. The balloon work looks absolutely nothing like the work on their page. I paid for balloons to say "Welcome Home" and instead, they took my money and left without a word. It was not until I myself reached out personally and asked why this was missing, that I received a response. They told me it "wouldn't fit" nor "look nice" so they took it upon themselves to simply not do it. A professional would have instead communicated this to us in person, and we could have worked out something! Not to mention, when I asked to add on "Happy Birthday" balloons, days in advance, they agreed, then never responded again. I tried to call for a follow up, but no response. After expressing my dissatisfaction, the only thing they offered was a $38 refund for the letters. Does this work look worth $187? (taking out delivery fee + balloon letters) I am extremely disappointed with this and my family was very let down as we felt the surprise we planned was ruined. Not even a partial refund offered, after nicely trying to express dissatisfaction. 100% DO NOT recommend. read more

We’ve been in the event planning since 2017 specializing in dessert tables and full on event services. We opened up our brick and martyr right before covid, but during covid is when we started specializing on balloon arrangements and balloon garlands on the Go for drive by events. Here we are, it’s the best decision we’ve ever made.

I love fashion and believe in needing a new outfit for every occasion. 3. I have two girls age 19 and 28 soon to be 29. 4. For the past 29 years I’ve devoted my life to my girls they are my world. 5. Not your regular mom but a cool mom. I’m a party girl, we’re best friends 6. I have an obsession with the color pink and orange. My high school colors were black and orange close enough 7. My birthday and Christmas are my favorite holidays. 8. I worked in the corporate world for 23 years before starting my own party planning business. 9. She did an absolutely amazing job! My boyfriend and I loved her creativity and craftsmanship, and we received so many compliments on the backdrop throughout the day. At the beginning the owner was very communicative and responded fast to my messages and questions. I had to changed venues so the first items I was Interested in wasn't going work any more so I basically needed it chiavari chairs ($6.00) each, 2 tables and table covers. I noticed that she started not responding as fast as before and I basically was chasing her since I was really interested in renting what I needed for my party. I had to asked her for invoice and form of payment. I wanted to pay and secure the items. Long story short she basically ghosted me and never replied to my messages any more, so I stop chasing an unprofessional company. Maybe the few hundred dollars I was going to spend wasn't worth it for them. I will definitely not recommend this company at all. They provide customer service depending on the amount of money you will bring.
