I'm extremely disappointed with my experience. I booked this business over a month in advance and paid a deposit to secure my date, expecting professionalism and reliability. Unfortunately, that was not the case. On the day of my event, I was left stressed and scrambling because the owner almost didn't show up. I was told that my event hadn't even been put into their calendar, despite my deposit and prior communication. That level of disorganization is unacceptable, especially when clients are trusting you with important events. What made matters worse was the lack of accountability and poor customer service when addressing the situation. Instead of taking responsibility and reassuring me, the response felt dismissive and unprofessional. I had to ask for some sort of compensation and she only took $20 off and stated it was a "slight inconvenience" which to her it was but not for me. She set up while my party was going on and didn't even use the colors I requested. If it is the businesses mess up I feel they need to take more accountability especially since I was a returning customer. In the end, things like this shouldn't happen when you're running a business that people rely on for special occasions. I would strongly recommend others confirm multiple times or consider other vendors to avoid the stress I experienced. read more

Giving a one because i cant give a zero. I would never recommend this place.. My special event was completely ruined where 90% of the balloons turned out with zero helium. They were suppose to last thru the eve but they fell flat even before the event started. Please save yourself from being embarrassed in front of your guests.
