Dan Womack was there that Saturday morning, and we discussed our plans. Dan is from this area, which turned out to be a great advantage. I won't go through all the details, but I want everyone to know that Dan was very patient and accommodating to our every need. Dan spent multiple weekend days helping us out, and when we thought we found a lot we wanted, he did all the work finding all the boundary lines through all the trees, brush, and vegetation. We wound up not buying that lot, but instead inquired about another. Dan did the same thing again-spending I don't know how many hours slogging through the underbrush trying, and finding the boundary lines. When we walked the lot, Dan spent about 2 hours with us. But I'm still too drained. Why bother. Don't lose a deal because you hire an unprofessional, sarcastic, sadly equipped young real estate agent. This kid needs another "ethics" course!!
