This is what health care should look like. Dr. Bershel used to call my elderly father up, way after hours. She also calls me with information, after normal hours. When I had some concerns about numbers in a blood test, they went back over 20 years, combing thru extinct medical records to get the information, which turned out to be very helpful. We decided to do physical therapy with one issue which I found out later They don't have any physical therapist for me. The second issue, she just prescribed what I was already getting which I found out later that I should stop taking because of the issues it was doing to my skin. Basically this was a complete waste of time and I will be staying away from this office. I would recommend staying away from Dr. Ion at least and looking somewhere else.

I did not know they rotate out doctors. In comes this Anne Marie Anosropoulos. She sees my mom for all of ten minutes and declines the precedure We did everything needed to get her to do the caf . Come Monday. They switch to another doctor. They are now saying no. They said they were bringing in a third party for independent review. That was bullshit . We have waited all day and exhausted. They rotate doctors so you are not talking to the one following her the first week. This place is more running around with these young people and put zero care into the patients. She had no history or knowledge or anything. My mom didn't have an iv. At the end of the day she comes in and asks. I said why. Where were you all all day ? She than proscribed nausea medicine that could cause another heart I code r. I asked her to out in place dnr. It still haven't been done. I'm not happy. We wasted all last week. Why didn't they keep her in urology. She still has a huge d Kidney stone. Okaxe is pathetic . Go to mass general. Please avoid this place at all costs. Not in the manner of Thank you for calling Beth Israel or Patient Relations no decorum what so ever. The ICU in the Finard 4 MICU/SICU are beyond horrible. Half the time the nurses and doctors are standing around texting and looking and watching Netflix videos and shopping online instead of dealing with patients. Dr Nicholas Nassikas is the worst one of all. I seriously think he and nurse Katie delayed treatment for and aunt and cause great harm before her death.
