I called Dr. MacDonald's practice and was offered Dr. John Kambouris as my practitioner. He was a student at Tufts and our shared experience with the School was very reassuring as I am not a great dental patient. Dr. Kambouris very quickly and easily adjusted my dental appliance and I was out of the office in less than 30 minutes! The assistant was pleasant and Dr. Kambouris was professional and efficient. Two/three of us left the practice crying because of the dentist's lack of bedside manner and apparent contempt for even saying hello like a human being, let alone a healthcare professional.
