About 20 minutes later I was in his office and about 45 minutes I was out with my crown reinstalled. I sensed that Dr. Peterman was a highly competent dentist by his demeanor and words. I was correct, and so impressed that I will go to him for all future dental needs. In addition, the staff at the facility was absolutely terrific. She gave way too much anesthesia than necessary for a root planing, lost track of what she was doing and started working on the wrong side halfway through, and was generally both rough and rushed in her work. She created new deep pockets that took months to heal! The front desk clerk has showed herself to be both curt and clueless multiple times. We'll be going elsewhere.
