I already HAVE a system and he was saying I needed to replace mine with theirs--I called someone else and it turns out I just needed a crack patched!! Problem is solved by a licensed contractor for a couple hundred dollars instead of $5,000-- or more! They have been sending me postcards and letters every week that sound like threats. I've asked to be removed from their high pressure marketing, we shall see if they honor my request!
