I am writing to formally lodge a major complaint regarding the absolute disaster that is the arcade…read morecenter at your Bowlero location in Montgomery, Alabama. The current state of this arcade is a complete joke, and the corporate policies protecting it feel downright corrupt. First and foremost, your games are wildly over priced, and for what? Half the time, the machines are malfunctioning, eating credits, or straight-up broken, yet you have zero quality control. To make matters worse, there is nobody competent managing the arcade center. When a game fails, finding an employee who actually knows how to fix the products or electronics is nearly impossible. The staff is poorly trained, and management completely lacks any standard of customer service. But the most predatory part of your business model is your outrageous, corrupted refund policy. When your broken machines rob a customer, your staff hides behind corporate policy to deny refunds. This is a massive slap in the face to two major groups of people: 1. Parents: Families come in expecting a quality experience, only to watch their money vanish into broken machines with absolutely zero compensation offered to the parents who are footing the bill. 2. Younger Teenagers: You are taking advantage of teens who do not make much money, who save up to have a good time, only to get ripped off by a faulty system and told "no refunds." It is completely unacceptable to take people's hard-earned money and offer zero accountability when your product fails. Frankly, the entire current arcade setup at the Montgomery location should be shut down and completely overhauled. If Bowlero Montgomery wants to save its reputation, the entire business model needs to be improved. You need an entirely new, functional reward system that actually treats customers fairly, alongside a complete overhaul of your refund policy to ensure people get their money back when games fail. Do not send me a generic, automated corporate response. This location needs immediate corporate intervention, better management, and a fair policy for the people of Montgomery.

Sadly I am not writing this review from a yacht bought with my winnings...but we did leave $200 up,…read moreso #winning! My dad and I landed here for a quick boys weekend at the casino. After reviewing the other Wind Creek location and nearby Victoryland, we decided this WC would be a good spot for a chill and hopefully lucky weekend! My experience started a few weeks before arrival, actually during booking, where I reached out via webchat to the property. On BOTH occasions the service was just awful. The associates were not helpful, not engaged, lacked basic etiquette and were just unpleasant to interact with. I raised my concerns and connected with one of the Leaders on site. I appreciated her acknowledgement of the service failure and at that, we moved forward with our booking and plans. We arrived around 1pm and figured we would get a head start on the floor if our room was not ready, which is was not. We spent about an hour on the floor, then got the text our room was ready. We checked in, went to the room, got settled and then made our way back to the casino floor. This is where we met Jonathan, a floor attendant, who was super friendly and helpful. He guided us to the players counter, and we signed up for our players cards and accounts, which came with $30 free play plus $10 food/beverage credit each! Once signed up, we hit the floor and made a day out of it. This casino is slots only, no table games. Majority of the slots are penny machines, but you can select your denomination and go up to $1 per spin if you want. There is a "high roller" area where the machines start at $5 per spin. The casino is one large winding room filled with slots. The whole space is non-smoking but there are non-smoking rooms throughout, which wildly stay packed. As with most casino's, there are servers wandering around the floor and delivering drinks. The catch with "free" drinks here is you can only order a drink once you have spent at least $15 at your current machine and you only get one drink per 20 minutes. Machines are standard, nothing too exciting or anything that takes a lot to figure out There is a good variety and we found a few favorites that kept us going throughout the evening. There are a few food outlets on site as well from BB Kings to Lucille's and a nicer dine-in restaurant that sits above BB Kings. We ate at BB Kings twice, once for a snack and cocktail, the other for dinner. Lucille's was a grab and go area, so we got that on our way out for a light bite. Room service was an option, but they had limited hours and closed at 11pm...which is wild at a casino on the weekends. We ended up having to Uber Eats at 1130pm once we were done with gambling as all the outlets had closed. Our room was nice, outfitted with plenty of outlets, a mini-fridge, coffee maker and a few comforts to make the stay a good one. The beds were comfortable and we appreciated the additional seating so we didn't have the hang on the beds when in the room. Service on site was friendly and helpful for the most part. A different vibe than what I experienced prior to booking/arrival. Overall, solid 3.5 for me, but I am okay with the 4 stars. Definite repeat of boys weekend ahead!
