We hired Bamford Septic to decommission our outhouse pit toilet then repair and connect our cabin to an approved, unused drywell system on an adjacent lot that we also owned. The install included all required permit submissions and approvals for a pump station near the cabin, replacement of the old inlet and outlet lines, and two breaker panel circuits for the pump and alarm. The quality of his work and communication were excellent and the job was completed 3 weeks ahead of schedule for a reasonable price. Thad responded quickly, understood exactly what we needed, worked with the county to make sure we were able to get them the right paperwork and he did it all quickly and the work was perfect. Had problems with my septic after his work. He is refusing to come out and adjust things. Doesn't answer his phone, only texts to say "Sorry you are not happy with my service. I wish you the best moving forward. You can try AAA SEPTIC". This is not helpful. I paid him for a job and I was not satisfied. My septic is so loud my neighbors complain. I have been dealing with this for 6 months. I don't recommend this company. They do not stand behind their work and they are not reasonable. The average person would be upset by this. He should come out and fix the noise but refuses. read more
