After an accident I reached out to this firm for assistance. I initially tried to handle my claim by myself however I was getting the runaround from both insurance companies. I had a slip & fall inside a big-name restaurant due to their negligence. Herniated disc and injections to the spine with several treatments. Supposedly the defendants delayed communications with the firm due to the pandemic in 2021. The law firm contacted us before statute of limitations were up or whatever and recommended we take it to small claims in 2022. We did so in a rush with no assistance or guidance. We won. Effortlessly. VS the defendants' insurance company's attorneys. We had $20k+ in medical bills and even got it waived on our own. We definitely could have recovered more (due to long term affects of the accident) if this firm actually put solid effort into our case. I was hit by a drunk driver a few years ago. And I used Banafshe Law Firm. Although I never been in a situation like this I trusted this firm. They sent me to an amazing car collision place to get my car fixed but that was about it. Once my case was settled, they took majority of the money and I ended up breaking even with the doctor they sent me to in Beverly Hills. This particular Doctor kept recommending me to get certain shots for my back pain (someone I also trusted). I didn't think I needed them so I consulted with my lawyer (Banafshe Law Firm) whom convinced me to keep getting treatment. Come to find out it just meant more money for the firm and doctor. I contacted this law firm to help me out with an accident that I was involved in. From the onset, I spoke to an attorney who first asked me a series of questions and then answered all the questions that I had. From that initial call, I felt confident because I was provided with an outline of what to expect, how long it would take, and what would be required for me. I was worried about how much I would pay, but they take the cases on what's called it contingency which means I only pay if I get compensation for my accident. After my accident, I was very scared because I did not know what to do, but I felt reassured that everything would be OK. Do not call this law firm,They claim that they give a free consultation,but when you ask them 1 simple question as to whether some particular request from an insurance company is the only avenue( by law) as a potential client, they will not answer you,because they say" you are not our "paid" client,therefore " we "wont" answer your question".They only care about making money,I was actually considering hiring them for my case,but they proved to me that their objective is only about their bank account.Stay away from businesses like this,There are people out there that actually want to help others while making a living as well,This law firm is obviously not one of them. read more

This law firm will not make sure you are taking care of at all. I was taken for majority of my settlement by the Law firm & Doctor fees. This was my first dealing with a situation like this and feel like I was taken fully advantage of. The doctors they send you to will over charge you for EVERYTHING and once the Law firm settle your case they OVER CHARGE YOU AS WELL!!! It's really sad that when you thinking they're going to make your situation better for you they really just made money off of your back! I was awarded 15,000 to only receive a little under 3k! They purposely sketched out the case to be awarded more off my money. I asked why was the doctors that they referred to me charging me way over and trying to get me to get shots/procedures done that I didn't think needed to be done. They didn't have an explanation for the reasons. I wouldn't recommend this Lawfirm to anyone! I reached out to this law firm after being a horrible car accident. At first the communication was great I believe the nice woman was named Ashely. But after I was tossed around to many different associates. I was given several different answers and with the lack of communication and even out of the words of one of the many associates things should have progressed faster. Probably dropped the ball by passing my case around. I never felt like they really cared about pushing for me. I even got a call from the chiropractor saying that he was given less than half of what his actual services cost. I should have done more to push but being tossed around was so discouraging. I would never recommend this Law firm. The lack of communication with their client was horrible. It would take days to weeks to get a response from them when I was calling regarding my case. While traveling to a friends house one day I was involved in a car accident. I had been in a couple of accidents in the past, but never thought of looking for any kind of legal aid. However, this time the insurance company was giving me the runaround. I wasn't getting anywhere so I thought it would be best to hire an attorney. I never thought I'd be able to afford an attorney, but I've heard all those ads that say there is no fee if the client does not get a recovery. So, I went to researching on the internet and on Yelp. Of course, Yelp would have the more detailed reviews and after reading several of them, I call and inquired. A lot of the firms I called did not return my calls or the people who answered the phones seemed uninterested in listening to my story. I wanted to speak with an attorney, not a receptionist who would not be able to answer my specific questions. I was feeling discouraged and was about to just give up and not go through with any attorney, but then I came upon Banafshe Law Firm and decided to give them a try. They were the only law firm where an attorney gave me a call back. Plus, the offices are right around the corner from my job in Century City. I thought it was perfect! I went in to meet with Ryan after hours. I was a bit late but he took the time to discuss my case with me. I told him in the meeting that I have been trying to handle it myself and I wasn't getting anywhere. He told me that he won't have the same response from the insurance company and he was correct. He also confirmed that his office only got paid if I got paid from my claim. This was really helpful since it meant I didn't have to pay out of pocket. A few days later, the insurance company accepted liability. My car was then inspected and paid for to be repaired. What I had been trying to get resolved all this time was taken care of in just a few days. Ryan and his staff also helped me find doctors to treat my injuries. The doctors worked on what's called a "lien", which meant that they also get paid at the end from the settlement. This was very helpful because I wouldn't have been able to pay for all of the medical expenses. I'm not sure how other attorneys offices treat their clients, but the services I got from Banafshe Law Firm were outstanding. They were kind, professional, knowledgable, and always there for me every step of the way. They continuously helped me out with everything I needed. Beyond their expertise, these are the reasons this office is so special. They take care of everything you need and they really cared about my medical treatments. They aren't just stuck on taking care of the legal side of things. All the different angles are covered! I would often get calls asking me how I was doing and if there is anything they could do for me. I honestly felt very well taken care of. My accident and settlement was actually a few years ago. I am writing this review now because I recently called Ryan for a separate matter and he was nice enough to answer my questions. My friend recommended Ryan for an accident I was in. So I called Ryan and we spoke regarding my case. From the beginning he was honest and caring. He took the time to lay out how the case would proceed and we discussed what I needed to do. He had Gloria from his office (I don't think she works there anymore but she was very caring and also helped me out a lot) come to my house to ask me questions regarding the accident and to sign some documents to get started. Brace yourself because it's a slow process from beginning to end. But I have to say Ryan did help me out at every stage. If I had to pick what was the most surprising part, it was how much they cared about me getting over my injuries. On a couple occasions they even got me a ride to my doctor's appointment because I didn't have a ride at the time. What I learned from this experience (if you can call it that) was that if this is your first accident, which it was for me, you need someone to guide you through the process. If you ever need their services you will often hear just stick to treating, follow your doctors orders, and we will handle everything else. To my surprise he told me that his firm now only handles personal injury cases. After we talked, he offered to send someone to my house with the paperwork but I opted to go into his office since I have never been in an accident before. We made an appointment for that evening and I went to see him. He took the time to lay out the process and set out some ground rules for me to follow, mainly follow doctor's orders and keep his office updated. I did and as he asked and at the end it did work out. Look it's not an easy process, no one likes to go to the doctor a few times a week but at least I knew the legal side was being handled by an attorney that not only is competent but also caring. I decided to hire him because of my prior experiences and I was not disappointed. Ryan and his staff really know what they are doing and they will either take your call or call you back. My daughter was involved in a car accident and I was referred to this law firm by a family friend. Since my daughter was a minor at the time of the accident I handled everything for her.
