We had some questions about the living trust that my mother-in-law put together using a paralegal. It appears my mother-in-law got what she paid for not using a real family law attorney. Attorney Bonnie Bursk explained what was in the living trust and guided us through the murky language in our trust. It was nice that Bonnie didn't rush us off the phone for the initial consultation. I now see that using an attorney over a paralegal can be advantageous in getting the language correct in a trust. The last thing you want is to have to interpret each paragraph and wonder what was meant. We will soon be working on our own trust and will this office when we are ready. read more
