Unfortunately, a recent experience at the Americana Manhasset location left me very uncomfortable and disappointed. My husband visited the store to make a purchase. After he brought the bag home, I opened it and discovered that the sales associate had placed her business card inside which already included the store's phone number and email but had also handwritten her personal phone number on the back and placed it inside a sample cologne case. My husband was not informed of this at the time and had no idea it was included. I find this behavior highly unprofessional and inappropriate. There was absolutely no reason to include personal contact information when official store contact details were already provided. It made both of us uncomfortable and raised serious concerns about professionalism and boundaries. This experience has unfortunately changed how I view the brand. I expect much higher standards from a luxury retailer and hope management addresses this so other customers do not experience the same discomfort.

It was pretty easy to locate where each of the departments was, along also with a sign indicating where it is, specifically located at an escalator, showing each level of the named departments. So we were looking around for a little while. Customer service was there to help right away. The salesman a very nice gentleman showed me a few nice suits. I told him I didn't want to break the bank. But I wanted something nice for around $200.00. So he got me a couple of suits to try on .and remember there was so many different styles of suits to choose from. So I tried on a couple of navy blue suits.and he made sure it was the right size .this place has all sizes for small guys and big & tall that's a plus for us guys that are a little taller and not that big .so if you want a nice suit most sizes and colors for a decent price this is the place for you. They will also fix your size for you in the same day it will only take like a half hour to 45 minutes. They did my pants for me really fast. The staff is very decent and respectful and ambiance is nice and comfortable. So I would definitely go back there In the future

After a few moments an associate named Anka came over and was wonderful. She listened to what I was looking for. Didn't rush me and stayed within my price range. Anka was excellent and very kind. I walked out with two Nick Graham suits for a very good price. When we went to the register our coupon had expired. But the woman behind the counter was very sweet and gave us 20% off with the purchase of garment bags. As well as let us use some phone coupons we had via text. They had a good selection, good prices and good service. I would recommend this store if you are in pinch for a nice suit. Some of the brands I saw and tried on besides Nick Graham were Joseph Abboud, Nautica and Cole Haan. My only small gripe is the store could use a little sprucing up/remodeling. Give them a shot. I'll definitely be going back in the future.
