We took the shoes into Vans to see if they had any suggestions on getting the polish out and they replaced the shoes for us! They went above and beyond and I will never forget it. With a place to donate as well as shop this store is extremely convenient too. I am honestly shocked though that there weren't fitting rooms. You would think being a new store they would've made that a priority to build into it. They do have returns though so I guess that makes up for no fitting rooms although it would've been nice and made the store even more efficient and convenient. All of the employees were very friendly although one was on her phone as we were walking up.
