The good: Nice people. Everyone I talked to was friendly and helpful…read more The bad: 1. Scheduled an oil change for a wed. Took them two and a half weeks after that date to complete the oil change. No call from them with a status update. I never knew where my boat was or when it would be done 2. Took them over 3.5 hours to change the oil on one outboard. I can understand some delays due to corrosion, etc...but this is a fairly new engine, and I could have done the oil change in 1 hour...even though I have no idea what I'm doing. Called the dealer I bought the boat from in tacoma to ask how long an oil change should take: '1.5, maybe 2 hours if there is a stuck bolt'. What did the technician do? Watch the oil drip out for 2 hours and bill me for that? 3. Asked them to give me a quote for a replacement of a livewell pump. They billed me an hour of labor for this. Seriously? It took an hour to open the access hatch, see the pump, and tell me it needed to be replaced? (In their defense, they did admit they should have told me they were going to charge me for a diagnosis, but they didn't, so the reversed the charges. Still...an hour to diagnose a problem that didn't need a diagnosis???) 4. I had them change the main engine oil and the kicker. They charged 3.5 for the main, and 1.5 for the kicker. Seems reasonable, but wait....couldn't you change the kicker while the main is draining? That seems efficient...and if you did do that, are you double billing me? Ok, this is nitnoid, but that's the way I would change the oil on both engines. I will not go back to this company, and I hope this review helps others hold them accountable to the power of social media and the need to be upfront and honest with your customers - and most importantly provide value to your customers.

Just had a new Bimini Top put on my Sea Ray Sundancer. The tech and manager of the upholstery…read moredepartment, Nick was exceptionally professional, detailed, respectful and did everything he stated. The job was 1st class and I couldn't be happier. It was easy to put the Bimini top on and it's quality and looks fabulous. The cost seemed to be in line. Also Nick initially came on a Saturday to Cap Sante marina to see my boat, even though they're located in Skyline Marina. Nick at that time gave me the confidence they could do everything I wanted. And yes Nick performed to a tee. The reason give a 4 out of 5 is because during the Bimini job I requested some cosmetic and engine extras they said they could do. At the end of the day they dropped the ball on a few items, however KJ (I think an owner) has stepped up and will make everything right I think. I give Nick and the Bimini job a 10+.
