There are TONS of Santander banks along Av.Rio Branco, and I happen to choose this branch to make a deposit....and I was wishing I went to another one. You go in during your lunch break to make a quick deposit with a teller and you find yourself waiting for over thirty minutes to process a payment that takes less than 5 mins. The reason: out of the 4 teller windows, there is only ONE. ONE person working during Lunch hours. You would think the bank would plan that during the period of 12noon til 1pm, various people would come to the bank, therefore you should have more than one person tending to the various people that come in. If i ever have to go to a Santander, i will try the other branches, cause this one was just sad. read more
