Mark Bandy is an incredible electrician, and all-around nice guy. I have hired him twice for two residential electrical jobs, and he did excellent work. He was straight-forward and honest with his quotes, and did exactly what he said he would. I could tell that he took his time and did the job right the first time, and takes pride in his work. Here's a perfect example of the kind of guy he is... this weekend I was drilling a hole to hang some art in my living room and I accidentally hit electrical and my overhead lights went out. I was convinced I drilled through the wire. I called Mark the next morning and he said, sounds to me like you may have shorted out the dimmer switches, try replacing those. He could have easily said, let me come out and look at it (and collected a trip fee) just to tell me the same thing, then charged me cash to replace them. But instead he shared that tip, and I was able to replace them myself and that fixed the issue. Mark = the best electrician in Nashville. Mark installed new lights on the outside of my house and my detached garage. He changed electrical outlets and fixed many non-grounded wires or wiring issues in my 1920s house. He did everything very quickly, he arrived promptly and his rates were more than reasonable (my dad owns an HVAC company and said his rates were really competitive for a master electrician!). Mark is extremely knowledgeable and particular about his work. He makes sure the job is done right and also makes sure you understand what he is doing. If he finds something amiss while working on your house, he will make sure you are aware of the issue and the impact so you can assess if you want to fix it or not. He doesn't put any pressure on you to do so, but just makes sure that he is being thorough in his job.
