Candace was so kind, helpful, and patient, and made sure all of my questions were answered from the start. The owner even personally called me back to talk things through and answer additional questions, which meant a lot. I was asking for a LOT. Like... can you wire my house for a generator in less than 36 hours before one of the biggest ice storms in decades kind of a lot. And they made it happen. They were at my house the very next day -- early. Caleb and his crew were extremely professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. They did an amazing job and walked us through everything step by step, making sure we truly understood how the generator worked and how to use it safely. My husband is a paramedic and has been downtown working since before the storm even began, so knowing I'd be home on my own with my boys added another layer of stress. He was in and out in less than 10 minutes turns out it was just a tripped fuse which I missed my mistake. But they ended up charging us $139 something so little! I asked him to please charge us less that was just too much and he said nope can't do that. Of course we called back, asking to speak to management. They didn't get back to us. 3 more calls later over half a week I finally got a manager to call me back. Said the guy only charged us $60 to flip the switch, the other $79 was a "dispatch fee". Yes I looked at the box and missed the tripped switch I thought I got them all but come on we payed $139 for 10 minutes of work. They refused to refund us anything from their overpriced fees. Best he could was waive some fees on our next call. Spoiler alert there isn't going to be a next call with the way we were treated. Hey Lee Company, don't treat people like this. Just because times are tough doesn't mean you should rob us blind. I feel very much taken advantage of.

The photos are of the new doorbells Airstream installed for me last summer and it has already been a huge help along with the porch light in identifying and dealing with unexpected visitors (good and bad, mostly good). As for our HVAC we have had considerable work done on it over the past year, and at every step Airstream was honest, professional, and transparent with their pricing while respecting our budget and time. After the 2026 winter storm, we found that the system had been taxed significantly and Airstream has worked with us over the past few months to get it back into tip-top shape for the summer heat. Each time the work has been done efficiently and with minimal interference in our daily activities and minimal stress on our our pets. I can not recomend this company enough, and look forward to continuing to work with them.

The technician, Ryan S., diagnosed a failed condenser and advised that my R-22 unit was too old to repair with current Freon, recommending a complete replacement at an estimated cost of $10,000-$24,000. I requested a written report and photos so I could obtain a second opinion. The report stated that the condenser was not working and that I needed a new A/C, but no photos were provided. I ultimately had my regular A/C technician evaluate the unit. He replaced a faulty capacitor and added one pound of Freon for $180, and the A/C immediately returned to normal operation. One week later, I have had no issues. While Ryan was very courteous, the diagnosis and recommendation were significantly inaccurate. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I will not use Air Stream for future A/C service and will instead wait for my regular technician to become available.
