Friendly staff, plenty of free parking, super clean facility, organized, running on time, and all very welcoming. The therapists are well-trained, dedicated, specialized, and caring. Each staffer that I have met has been willing to share their knowledge, in a patient and compassionate manner. This team is something! The warm-water therapy pool is beautiful. The pediatric gyms and treatment spaces are so clean and well-outfitted with new high quality toys, therapy equipment, and other materials for the kids to get to interact with. Although I do not need the physical therapy, I felt reassured that there would be some soft tissue work before actual spinal manipulation would occur. I've had it done without soft tissue massage and muscle stretching, and there is no comparison. Hands down, spinal manipulation requires some massage in order for the muscle release to allow the vertebrae to be manipulated back into place. There are different spaces in the clinic dedicated to physical therapy and rehabilitation. Jason was reassuring and meticulous to detail. While stretched out on one of the adjustable exam tables, he was able to feel out the tension points along my spine. After some soft tissue work, he manipulated my mid and upper back into shape. Since my muscles were inflamed from chronic misalignment, he stretched out the neck muscles after the vertebrae were back in place. I was very pleased.

Elizabeth Solava is definitely definitely in the top tier! She listened to me about what was wrong since my accident, and how I wanted it to get better. Instead of just teaching me 2 or 3 stretches I can do, she taught me an entire exercise framework that I can expand on my own, so I don't get bored and stop doing my therapy. As a career academic myself, I was also very impressed with her habit of not just learning about new views about how back and spine should be treated, but testing and questioning them in her practice. They challenged me at every appointment without pushing me beyond what I could do or endure. Every trainer I worked with at ATI -- especially Colin, both Ryans, Kelly, and Brooks -- was kind and courteous, which really meant a lot to me both physically and mentally. As I worked to recover and gain strength and mobility, I learned just how much my progress was up to me, but I also discovered how invaluable it is to have educated, experienced, and empathetic trainers, and everyone who worked with me at ATI epitomizes those characteristics. She was rude, treated us like we were in Kindergarten, horrible attitude, was quick to get out of the visit, interrupted when we spoke. She had absolutely NO COMPASSION whatsoever. My mom has been in horrible pain with the level being 9 and she had been slow to return calls and do what her job requires her to do. I don't see how someone could be so mean when another human being is in pain. She has obviously done her job way too long. Do your job and be kind. She was definitely not doing either.
