Nice staff, but always closed when needed. Having animal emergencies is not optimal with this location. Canceling my insurance asap.

We were charged despite not being examined. I called VCA & explained the situation. The person who answered the phone was so sweet. She assured me that they were a "no fear office" & could treat the cat by using a burrito technique, net or muzzle if needed. She got us in right away. The Dr was able to examine, give an antibiotic shot & flea/tick treatment quickly. I have no idea why the other vet wouldn't have the same things to use. I'm pretty sure most cats aren't excited to be at the vets?! I'm so thankful for VCAs compassion & prompt treatment!

No one was aware she had got out of the pen until the postman told the receptionists there was a dog loose in the parking lot. She ran off because she was afraid when they tried to catch her. It was over 4 hours before she was found by an individual behind Taco Bueno. I was told they were aware there were holes in the outside fence. My question is why did they not have such a small dog on a leash if they were letting her out to potty? And if that is not the reason for her to be out in the fenced area, she still should have been on a leash and supervised!
