I was so so grateful, but if I couldn't have brung them, I wouldn't have been able to get my hair done that day. Andrea did a phenomenal job cutting my hair, and she also put it in some very lovely blonde highlights. She was very meticulous and made sure she was doing everything properly. She was very friendly and chatted with me. However, but the time I got home, I was a little upset, because I wanted something more dramatic, and more of an allover blonde. I 100% did not communicate this properly to her. I struggle communicating and I'm pretty shy, so this often is a recipe for a disaster of my own making. lol I called Laura, and told her my hair wasn't what I really wanted. I thought I could tough it out until my next touch up and just ask for a ton more highlights, but I couldn't. She told me to come in Monday evening and she would fix it because she wanted me to be completely happy with my hair. She was so nice and so kind, and I felt awful because I knew this was going to make her stay late into the evening, and I'm sure she was hungry when I came in. We talked extensively about what I wanted, and I showed her different pictures this time. She discussed the best way to do it and keep the integrity of my hair at the same time. She wanted me to be happy, but she didn't want to destroy my hair in the process. She patiently applied TONS AND TONS of foils. Once the color was finished processing she told me if I still wasn't happy, she would stay and we would try again. She really wanted me to be happy with my hair. She turned me away from the mirror as she dried and styled it so she could do a big reveal at the end. I LOVE IT!!!!! It's so beautiful and it looks so natural too! It looks so natural that a woman complimented my hair yesterday and told me how pretty it was. I thanked her and told her I had gotten it done at Laura's Southern Charm Salon and told her where they were located. She was SHOCKED! She couldn't believe that it was color, and said they did a REALLY good job. I'm going to recommend this salon to everyone I know, and everyone who asks me about a salon in the area! I will definitely be going back for touch ups and hair cuts! She is also very generous, because that day she had been giving free back to school hair cuts. she had a back pack for a girl, and one for a boy that she was going to have a drawing for. I got to pick the children's names and they were so excited!! I was very touched at her kind and generous spirit.

Today I had Amy do my nails. She was absolutely lovely and did my nails better than what I asked for. It is a small salon with about 6 pedi chairs and 6 nail stations but everything was clean, the techs were friendly and I got a great service. They were very busy the entire time I was there- that's a good sign !! The prices are great too.

Lucky for me I was able to sit right away and be prepped for requested service. Spoke with a client sitting next to me and she stated that this is the only place she comes to. She also recommended I get gel builder on my fingernails since I have issues with one or two finished nails come off after a couple of weeks. Again, I took a gamble on her recommendation. My pedi was very comfortable and tech was very meticulous. (BTW...pedi chairs are VERY comfortable!). Then I was seated to have my nails done. Again, different tech, but very meticulous.
