Nikki cut and colored my hair today. As usual, she did a superb job as she has for over 3 years now. I always get multiple compliments on my haircut and color. The salon itself is very clean and the staff are welcoming. Note: that this ain't no "mow, blow and go" budget salon. These folks are highly skilled, experienced professionals and you can expect to pay for their expertise. If your overarching goal is cheap, quick, don't let the door hit you in the butt, please look elsewhere. Hi , my name is Lisa and I met your stylist Nikki at my job in July , I have completely damaged hair with breakage due to a medicine I was on . I showed her my hair and inquired if she would be able to get me to a platinum like hers . She told me absolutely! I then booked appts with her and she did root touch ups on my hair which I believe cause more breakage , last week when I went back she suggested we do a partial foil to get rid of the roots that I couldn't stand not a root touch up . I told her whatever she recommended as long as these horrible roots were gone . When she was finished I could still see all root but she told me that she didn't want to break anymore hair . I was confused but paid and left . Since I have had 2 hair dressers look at my hair one being my daughter in NY and another friend I know from here who does my lashes . Anyway they both looked and said they have no idea what she did but in no way shape or form did she foul my roots . In fact one said " omg that is so bad " I have since tried to fix the matter with Nikki and she is offering nothing to help me just saying sorry maybe I am not the stylist for you . I have paid her $750 for my 3 appts or maybe a little more and have no difference in my hair at all . I just paid $250 and my roots are worse than ever and literally no change from how it looked when I walked in . I have sent Nikki the photos and have them to show you also . I had my eyebrows done at Loft 352 in Spring Hill FL on Mariner. I had my eyebrows microbladed by a woman named Jelisa. (not sure of the spelling) She didn't do the mapping on my brows to get them even. That is the only problem I have with her service. She just (eyeballed them) The brows came out nice except that they are uneven. One is thicker than the other and the one that is thicker isn't as high as the other one. I feel if she would have taken more time and mapped out the brows they would have come out much better. The next time I go have this service done I will go pay more to have them done the correct way. I won't ever let anyone do this procedure done again unless they do the full mapping before the microblading! read more

I'm new to the area and as per usual, it is always nerve wracking finding a new hairstylist and salon. I desperately needed a haircut and the workers there were professional fun and helpful. Their protocols put in place for Covid were proficient and helped me feel safe. I just want to praise my hair stylist Faith as she was knowledgeable, upbeat, and my hair turned out exactly as I had asked for; and then some. I wish I could give 10 stars to the Mariner blvd location! My hair had become extremely thin and damaged looking do to a chronic illness. I wanted a hair cut that would make the thinning look less noticeable. Something to make me feel better about looking in the mirror. Andrea listened to my concerns and the type of cut I was thinking of. She talked to me about what would look best with my thinning hair. Suggested products that would make my hair feel less damaged. WOW! I cannot believe how great my hair felt and looked. Andrea not only made my hair look beautiful she made me feel beautiful again! I was so over whelmed in a great way. My hair is in a BOB that one side Is 1inch longer. My hair has never looked worse. My highlights are not highs and lows. They are 3 inches long instead of the length of my Hair. She left white around my face, no base color at all. I was warned to quit posting in Facebook. Their eyebrow micro blader was great and did a beautiful job. But my hair sucks, I'm afraid to go back. If I say how unhappy I am, she'll make it worse. Am looking for someone who cares that my $200 wasn't a waste of money .im retired and $200 is 1/10 th of my income. I should just flush it down the toilet. My hair looks like shit, so the money should too. My hair dresser told me to stay off FB and quit complaining, but maybe she needs to get more training. No one in Florida has given me one compliment on my hair or nails. The nails get done every two weeks. Once every 3 months they might be done nice. The rest of the time it's a crapshoot. Ugly hair and nails doesn't get dates. Try harder! Maybe you could take pride in your job. read more

This place does not know how to color hair. Have been there several times and every time they have screwed up my color. I end up with black ends and grey roots when I am just getting a whole head medium brown dye?? Never again. Go to scissorhands on sr 52 instead. I have been going there for 17 years and they are color experts. Serves me right for trying somewhere new just because it is closer to home. From what I hear the only good colorist at loft 352 is Paul, but he is always booked and I guess for good reason. read more

New client scheduled appointment with "a very busy stylist". Thirty minutes before my 3:45 appointment (I happened to be in the parking lot), I received a call asking me to arrive 40 minutes beyond my scheduled time which interfered with my plans for the day. So, I volunteered to reschedule expecting to be "fit in" in the next few days. Instead, I was offered an appointment 11 days later. No thank you! I had already waited 2 weeks for the first appointment. Could not wait another 11 days to get my hair cut. I will find another stylist and salon. read more

Getting a haircut, for me, is an event. Saturday was my first time at Loft 352. Kate was a super stylist who not only did a fabulous job on my hair but also has a fabulous personality! Katie really listened to what I like and how I usually style my hair. Katie's cut was perfect! The salon is fun, chic, clean and modern. I really appreciated the information on product without being pushed to buy. Most importantly, how ownership contributes to community events is impressive. I first met stylists at a fund raiser for the American Cancer Society at Dr. Terlep's annual event. Staffers at this salon are magnetic that I was excited to visit.
