This Agent kept lying to me about flight status and eventually i had to cancel the flight and request for the refund. This agent told me that she has request for the refund and i should get refund in about two to three weeks. It has been more than two months and i haven't seen anything in my account. I have called saudi Arabian Airline many times to inquire about the status of refund but they keep saying talk to your travel Agent. I will register complaint to the dept of transportation and whoever else is affiliated with this travel agency.

My father had a stay at Doha, Jordan for 19 hours and was told by Peak Time Travel that he will get a hotel. After 8 hours, travel agencies are obligated to provide you a free hotel. My father was NOT provided a hotel and was stuck at the airport for 19 hours! Peak Time Travel does not answer my calls about this anymore! The owner of the Company (Mr. J Siddiqui) is a BIG fraud. He was yelling and cursing at my family and the other Hajii people on the trip. The second biggest fraud is Mr. Sarfaraz who works at the Jackson Heights location, NY. Mr. Sarfaraz works will Mr. Siddiqui into fooling customers and taking advantage of innocent people.
