What I did notice is that you are charging me a $5.00 a month savings only fee. I called customer service to complain that I WAS NEVER NOTIFIED that you would or could do that. CS claimed that I should have downloaded an app to avoid this fee. I Was never notified of this either. I went in to handle a business transaction and to make a deposit. There was a long line. It was a Saturday morning(late), so I should have expected it. I like to get up early and make my bank runs, however, it just didnt happen for me today. The line seemed to love fairly fast, and I wasnt really bothered by the wait. When I got to the teller, it was a young woman who assisted in setting up my account, so it was nice to see her again. I let her know what I desired to do this visit and she got to work. And in minutes, I was finished and headed out the door. This place is great!!! So many options for banking, so many extras that makes life so easy when handling your finances.
