I had the worse experience at this branch today with my teen. This was supposed to be my teens first banking experience with opening up her first checking account. I visited the branch today as a newly established existing customer who had just set up 2 new accounts last night online and I needed to open up a Highschool checking account for my 15 year old who had a few payroll checks to deposit. I was the only customer there and I arrived about 11:50 am. Todd greeted me at the door and then spent 10 mins talking to me about what I needed in the lobby and then an additional 10 mins telling me how he couldn't help me that day even though the branch didn't close until 1pm and was completely empty. So being that I needed a walk in freindly and accommodating bank I requested to close my account. Todd finally took me to the office and took another 10 mins to close both of my newly open account. Which was a total of about 30 mins I spent in the branch. Im sure as a new existing customer, Todd could have opened the account I needed had he addressed my need as I arrived. The entire time I was at the branch no other customers came in so I was the only one there for assistance the entire time. My teen was extremely disappointed and I was completely dissatisfied with the lack of service I received today at this branch. read more

I needed a document notarized. I was told there were no notaries available on a Saturday and that I'd have to schedule an appointment at a later date. My customer and I started to scramble looking for a notary. Joshua Maurer, a Personal Banker, overheard us and was kind enough to inquire and ask us what issue we were having and then offered his notary services to us. I was incredibly impressed that Joshua was concerned enough for our well being and leapt to help us avoiding major hassles on many levels. I am incredibly grateful to Joshua for his willingness to get involved and help a Customer out. He epitomizes great customer service! read more

What an awful experience. I selected Chase Bank to open a new checking account. I arrived at the bank on afternoon at 1:20pm. There appeared to be more employees than customers. In fact there was only 1 customer in the waiting area, 1 sitting with a representative and 1 at the back teller. I was approached by a rep asking how could they assist me. I told her I'd like to open an account. She said we close at 2:00 so I'm not gonna be able to help you today. Looking at my watch, it's now 1:25. I asked if she was the ONLY person who could provide that service? She said yes. I asked if she was the manager? She said no but I can get him. The manager Mr. Pleasant came over. Kindly asked what I needed and said sorry we can't help you, I have to get my employees out of here, they have to pick up their children. I was APPALLED! I said oh, so you don't want my money. Mr. Pleasant (yes that's his real name) said yes we do want your money and asked, Can you come back some other time? Absolutely Not! Chase bank, I will not now nor EVER utilize your services. When we decided to change banks we chose Chase for their many locations. Opening the account was no problem. We were serviced quickly. Since opening our account with Chase each time that I've been at this location my wait time has been no less than 20 minutes and usually the lobby is practically empty. Today was my breaking point, I entered the bank, I informed a Chase personal banker that I simply needed to sign a signature card for a new account that we opened. There was one couple ahead of me. After 50 minutes of waiting I was through. I left the bank still not having signed the signature card. This location has a lack of respect for people's time and it is not a good way to welcome a new customer. read more
