When I moved to St. Petersburg, I was looking for a bank that felt more local. After I doing some research on both banks and credit unions nearby I received a mailer from Fifth Third offering a cash-back promotion for new accounts, which piqued my interest. I opened an account with the help of Gillian Silbert, at their 4th Street branch shortly after it opened. The branch is super cute and feels more like a cozy coffee shop than a traditional bank. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, and they even make coffee while you wait! With a drive-thru ATM at this branch and multiple nearby locations, it's easy to access my banking needs. I appreciate that they don't charge any unusual fees, which was a relief compared to national chains. Overall, I'm really happy with my experience at this branch and would highly recommend it for its service, atmosphere, and convenience! Gillian Silbert was a delight, as are the others who work at this branch.

The police said it would be too expensive for them to have enough data to show the real video. Every five seconds you would see one movement so they were able to only cut out ten minutes of video when I gave them the other $500. The teller conveniently didn't count out the $1,000 cash on video, and he just fanned it partially in his face and then walked away with it. I lost $1,000 cash and they spent most of the day doctoring the video, so by the time I brought the cops the manager appeared from the back with ultra doctored video. I lost a job in that time and rather than truly work with me, they allow me to keep falling behind on my payments. I have racked up almost $500 in late fees and haven't been able to catch up. If you need to ship a payment, they want tons of paperwork and for a committee to decide your fate. Rather humiliating. When I had a previous loan with Nissan, they allowed you to take a skip a pay up to twice per year without penalty. If you do the paperwork and get "approved", you get to pay a $35 fee.
