Not only did the insurance company reimburse my entire roof less the deductible, but Albert upgraded it into a more modern long-lasting shingle at no additional cost to me.   Albert also coordinated with solar panels removal, cleaning and replacement. And coordinated with Solatube (which I love) installing 3, and his roofer installing 1 Velux sun tunnel skylight (which I definitely don't love because it probably gives 20% of the Solatube light.) Jacob was responsive, showed up on time for the initial appointment. After a quick evaluation, he suggested other items that hadn't occurred to me such as adding the ridge vents to improve attic ventilation and cutting back the siding where it was touching the shingles, something that should have been done when the house was built! Jacob quickly got back to us with what turned out to be the best quote. I greatly appreciated that Jacob happily dropped off the new fascia boards the day before the job started so I could prime and paint them before installation. This saved me a lot of high ladder work to paint them after the fact! Jacob and his crew showed up on time the day the job started and immediately got to work. The crew was courteous, efficient, and very professional. They are clearly a well-oiled team and we were amazed that they were able to finish the entire job in only two days, even with a rain delay! We did a full re-shingle plus all new sheathing, replacement of some rafters, some roof venting, and full gutter installation. A big job! When Jacob came to provide us an estimate, we were pleased with his competency and with the materials they planned to use. Their quote/rate was competitive and they were able to start right away. Unfortunately, we started the job right before the start of one of Flagstaff's wettest winters ever, but the crew worked really hard to get the roof buttoned up before the first storm, even working into twilight before the first flakes fell. They had to return multiple times to finish the job because it was so large and they had very limited weather windows between storms. Even though I'm sure it was annoying to return so many times, they didn't skimp - they came back as many times as it took and did quality work each time. They even applied extra attention to detail like re-painting our roof fixtures to match the new shingles without being asked. The crew was respectful and friendly. When they were done, they left our property completely clean - zero mess, zero nails on the ground. After the job was done and we'd paid in full, we discovered an issue with the gutter installation in one area. We contacted them and they arrived promptly to fix the issue. While they were here fixing it, they also installed a heat strip on one ice-dam-prone area of the roof for free because they'd happened to have the one strip left over from another job. There was a few spots we had leaking that my husband was able to seal up, they were at connection points which is guess can happen. That didn't make me feel any different about this company. Had I noticed it within the warranty period they would have take care of it. Either way we currently have no issues with the gutters. We clean our gutters every few weeks because the neighbors around all have pine trees that we end up having tons of pine needles from. One thing that was amazing about Acme is that they saved us money by repurposing old gutter we did have, for the shed. I can appreciate a company saving me money like that! These folks are local residents here, who value serving their small town! I'm so glad I chose them over bigger companies! Bryan made an appointment, showed up on time and we discussed what needed doing, type of paint to expect, how long it would take and cost, of course. His estimate fell into the range I had in mind, and I decided to go with them. His team of four showed up as planned and in two full days had taped, painted and trimmed my house, and also my barn, which took more primer and hand-painting. They helped me move porch furnishings out and back again, and they cleaned up every day an took any trash with them. The paint quality was excellent, it was applied well, the color was what I ordered. I walked around for an inspection on the last day. There were very few spots to be corrected. I have had several compliments on the neatness of the paint job. I would definitely use them again.

Usually in this little town people do good work and try to fix any problems. We were severely disappointed by this company. We hired them 12/12 to paint the inside of our townhouse. They missed areas such as an entire wall near the frig and did a spotty job through out the town house. When we called the owner, Bryan Morrow, to come fix it he stalled us. We kept making follow up calls and email to no avail. After a year of attempted contact we hired someone else to repaint the town house to sell it. Do yourself a favor and don't hire them.
