The woman who answered the phone was very friendly and clearly explained the fee structure and how the process works. Three meetings, first two on the phone, third in person to sign the docs. First consult is free, half the fee expected at the second consultation and final payment at the third and final meeting/signing. We set the date for our first consultation and we were instructed to watch a video that answered a lot of our questions before that first meeting. It was Steven giving a seminar, explaining the nuts and bolts of what it is, what is needed, why it's needed, etc. Long, but fast paced and very informative. Mr. Bliss is very perfunctory and doesn't waste time. He's a no-nonsense professional, who explains the process well and helped guide us in the decisions we needed to make in order to make the process of distributing our assets to our heirs as easily and pain free as possible, structured in such a way that even if we add property in the future, it will be covered by our revocable living trust and won't require further legal expenses. We also appreciated that we are invited to call his office at any time with questions should we have any in the future, without worrying about being billed for it.
