When I showed up to this location I walked in and absolutely no one was at the counter. I waited a few minutes to see if anyone was there. I called out to see if people were there but no one responded. I ended up opening the curtain to the back and still no response. The milk tea was pretty bland and had no taste/ flavor to it and the tapioca pearls were definitely on the harder side. Expected way more for the wait time. The cup was really cute and it's durable are use it as a water bottle every day! I would I recommend going there just for the drink no there's better places that are cheaper. My family and I love this place! It's amazing. We come here all the time but tonight was our best experience by far. We came in tonight and they were pretty busy but only two people were working. So of course it wasn't as fast as usual. But what they lacked in speed they made up for by being super sweet. The guy with the beautiful curly hair taking our order was amazing. He helped me decide on the strawberry cheesecake egg waffle which was delicious. He made sure to ask if I wanted the toppings to my egg waffle on the side so it wouldn't get soggy and gave us an extra taro slush because he had some left over from the three I ordered. Then he made sure to give me a punch card before I left which I didn't even know they did punch cards. We are forever customers. Thank you for being so sweet! read more

Located in a beaten shopping strip, the interior is loud and there are so many employees present but if anything seemed like they were just 'hangin' out. I ordered the milk tea boba with a bear cup (EXTREMELY overpriced do not recommend), and an Oreo Egg Waffle. Considering I paid fifteen bucks for my drink, you would expect it to be made nice with thought right ? No, they literally gave me like 15 boba balls. Why cheap out that much? That infuriated me. Then the workers kept talking away while I waited for my egg waffle. Seemed to be taking their sweet time as I could clearly watch them. As more people flooded in, you could see they nonchalantly said there would be a 25 minute wait - sucks for them. Anywho, onto the waffle. Flavor wise - it tasted like I was eating bread. I take that back - worse than bread. At least bread is sweet. There was absolutely no flavor to this egg waffle. The only saving grace was the icecream. You can't mess up ice cream considering it's probably purchased wholesale. Long story short - hyped way too much by their hype beast exterior, but the service is trash and cmon.. 15 boba balls! Long story short: drinks and food is 4-5 stars Quality of workers/customer service is 2 stars at best. Came here to get a nice refreshment and a snack on my way to work. Walked in, and it was completely empty with the 3 employees sitting at a table. They looked rather annoyed that I walked in but I thought to myself, "this will be fast!" I went to the counter and waited for what felt like forever for one of the 3 employees to get up from the table and walk to the counter to help me. After I placed my order, I sat down on the bench and patiently waited. I didn't order anything crazy but a simple Thai iced tea and a Nutella waffle. At this time the other two employees walked back to the counter and started talking to the one that was making my order. It took over 15 min to get my drink, due to them having to make s fresh batch of tea and another 20 min to get the snack because while they were sitting around talking to each other, they messed up the waffle and had to start over. Now I'm not a rocket scientist, but it would make sense that while there is slow or no business, you would to restock your supplies so that said incident doesn't happen, but anyways, I asked if it would take much longer as I am on a time constraint and the younger of the three responded with "this isn't a fast food place." I totally understand that, however 35 min for one order doesn't seem realistic for a boba place. With all the competitors out there who literally sell the same product, you would think they would differentiate themselves with better services. I was on the area visiting from out of state. My family and I had a craving for boba and decided to try this place. The case is clean and has a fun vibe. All of the employees are super nice and professional. All of our drinks were really good and so was the boba (I'm picky about my boba lol). I feel really bad for the the staff and owners when I found out they were cussed out by some unhinged woman. Who in their right mind walks into a business and starts screaming at them accusing them of appropriating Black culture. Besides, boba tea is Taiwanese culture. And when the customers tried to defend the store owner and staff, this crazy started screaming at them too. She's lucky they didn't call the cops on her. Probably one of the worst tasting boba drinks I've had. The boba was crunchy/hard and unsweetened (usually there's a bit of brown sugar or some sweetener when cooking the boba). The tea I had was bitter. I asked if there was mango jelly and the girl working the front said yes, but they added mango popping bubbles instead. The tea was still super sweet for getting half sugar. And I think the worst part was 3-4 people working behind the counter, while 3 friends of an employee were hanging out near the pickup counter sitting on a couple tables and all customers were asked to stand outside. I had the happy milk tea and mango yogurt, and they were both great. Parking is not bad since they're in a pretty big plaza, but the lines were out the door when we went. Upon arrival, there are three guys. An African American, a Hispanic, and an Asian. There was no welcoming feeling nor welcoming greeting from either of them. We approached the front looking at the menu as it was our first time there, all three of them were standing there in front of us, staring at us to hurry and order. We apologized as it was our first time there and they just gave us an "ok and?" type of look. On top of that, their drinks are shit. Wouldn't recommend. First time trying Trap Tea. Ordered 3 drinks and a waffle. Placed the order, and waited 25 minutes yet no text to let us know if our order was ready. We go inside to check and they didn't even start making our order yet. Staffs were joking around with each other, and KEEP IN MIND there was no one in line before us. They told us to wait another 10 minutes for them to START making our order.
