We had issues with fraud, called the same day, and squeezed us in (even when they had issues with their internet - THANK YOU MARYLOU). RAEGAN took our case, she's a customer advocate for sure and a girls girl. It's been awhile since I've seen a banker advocate for us so much. Stood up from us, even when customer service tried to say we were wrong (they closed a claim without addressing the fraud we reported and said we can't reopen it...wut?). So I appreciate you, girlie!
