And since they are a "sister bank" of my bank, which is MyPoint, I would think it would be okay. Apparently they don't provide change unless you open an account with them. WTH! A bank that doesn't provide change!? What a joke. Never am I opening an account with this bank. Instead I went across the street to SDCCU and they happily changed my $20s with no issues since I wasn't a member. Be better with your service Frontwave! I just needed change not a pot of gold.

Two days later I was notified by phone that they were refusing to complete the transfer. They claimed, without proof or in- depth research, that the recipient was a fraud. The purpose of the transfer was to purchase a medical device that I had researched and tested, and had found to be the only thing so far that relieved the constant pain I have had for over a month now, due to an injury by a pilates instructor, that also triggered a severe case of shingles. By denying the transfer, they have prolonged my pain and suffering. These banks should not have power to deny wire transfers on the basis of "suspicion" only, and should not have power to tell account holders how they may or may not use their own funds. Because I contested their decision, they have also closed out my account.

COMERICA FAILED! They failed to complete the transfer after more than a week. I was forced to transfer money from another savings account. The child on the other end of their customer service line was an idiot who provided no help at all. I was forced to go into the local branch to receive assurances everything would be fixed. WRONG!!!! They never set up the account correctly so I closed the account and demanded the return of my initial deposit. It took the local branch manager to send me a check to get my money. It is now the middle of the month and they are going to "try" to get it expedited by getting a fixer assigned in 7 instead of the now normal 21 days. It seems that they have a magic time machine to go backwards. This all has to do with transferring the assets in the account to my name from my deceased wife. Sooo there is no question of the outcome except this............. In the mean time the funds are not being productive for me and since Schwabb is doing this to many others how much are they increasing their own profits by collecting interest on the funds? I wonder if this is a case of incompetence or corruption? This company appears to be limping along and perhaps it is ready to go out of business.
