Local: people at this branch acted helpless to do anything and clueless on how banking worked. Wouldn't help us with the above issue or even paying our mortgage. I am spending days of work to set up all new accounts elsewhere and redo all our ACH bill payments. Even the branch associates complain of getting proper help for their customers due to lack of system processes and escalations. We have a checking account at two banks--one that holds our mortgage and Chase is the bank we also have two credit cards with. The mortgage bank said there is no way to deposit these checks into our account--you have to open a minor account (the issue is the minor account can't pay the ongoing out of pocket insurance bills and we shouldn't be transferring from a minor account to our adult one). Chase said there is a straightforward path to depositing them in our account--a special way to sign the check and when we met with Josh today is was a painless quick process. I wish we could move our mortgage to Chase as well but was really impressed at the level of service!

She also didn't apologize to any of the patrons for the issue.
