They got me in right away (when I called back the 2nd time to book, they came the same day!). Two nice guys showed up, were here for about 30 minutes, and cleaned the vent. I asked them to take pictures since the work was done in the attic, and I didn't go up there (see attached pics). We had not had them cleaned in about 4 years, and they needed it! Called back she said for mistakes they charge at 50% to redo the order so agreed. Went into pickup new shelves brought the old ones back asked if they would compensate for old shelves. Some one named "Mike the Manager" says "take their money and tell them to get the Fu#k out". I guess that is how this places treats 20 years of loyalty!
