I contacted AirCare for mold-related air testing. They were responsive at first and came out to test five rooms. However, on the day I was supposed to receive the results, I heard nothing. When I called the office, they told me the results had been ready since the previous day, but the technician never followed up. They emailed the report, which showed elevated mold levels in several rooms. I reached out to the technician, who apologized and said he had been busy. We scheduled a time for him to return the following Monday to inspect the affected areas and provide a remediation quote. He didn't show up. When I called, he said he had forgotten to notify the office about our appointment, so he wasn't reminded. We rescheduled for the next day, and he did come, identified the mold source, and sent a quote promptly. The quote, however, lacked detail, listed two different total prices, and didn't clearly explain the scope of work. After discussing it, he agreed to revise the pricing and add the missing details. The updated quote arrived, but nothing had been corrected. When I contacted him again, he said they had accidentally sent the old version and would revise it, but they were "swamped." I never heard back. I then contacted All Dry Services of South Shore & Cape Cod. They inspected the property, provided an extremely detailed quote, and completed the remediation today. Their team was professional, thorough, and personable. The work was done cleanly, and the area was left properly sealed with negative air pressure. I feel confident the mold issue has been resolved. I have air-quality testing scheduled for tomorrow, and if anything shows up, they will return--but based on the quality of their work, I doubt that will be necessary. read more

Mark Sullivan(Reconstruction Manager) is a joke, and I'm shocked by his level of lacking professionalism and communication. This guy came to my house doing measurements in May, and then never followed up and never provided any rebuild estimate (even after I spoke with him twice on the phone asking him to make progress). It's just unbelievable to see there are companies like this that do not want to do business. After wasting my time with AirCare, I proceeded with another company who followed up with me very quickly. My home insurance company is also deeply disappointed with AirCare and said they will never work with AirCare again in the future. read more

Such a scam. Avoid at all costs. The workers arrived with a small shop vac and immediately tried to double the price. They left my house a mess and didn't even seal an access point in the ductwork, so I had to seal it myself. The manager refused to issue a refund and said, "At least they tried to do something." We had flooding in our basement and I couldn't get anyone to come out in a timely manner. Family member recommended Aircare, so I called and Leo was here that afternoon. He was very thorough and ensured me the job would be done with the highest level of care and expertise. They were able to finish the job within a day and made an extremely stressful and upsetting situation so much easier with their compassion and hard work. Decent environmental services organization for mold remediation, but quite a bit overpriced. They're employees also broke multiple things in remediating, and company never replied to us last year about it. Hired this company to do a mold remediation .... $2500.00 had to call them back less than a year and they did respond..... and returned to scrub areas to treat mold again Mold is back in my attic which had the biggest mold issue due to water intrusion from new roof i called and a rep from their company came out to check the issue . BC are awful. They do not tell you or communicate with you at all as what's happening. They came in and do the mitigation and then five days later did an assessment and then now telling me two weeks before I can even get a temporary sink so they tore everything out never telling me that it was gonna take a month to get it fixed. I needed to have all of the ducts in my house cleaned because of soot contamination due to a faulty oil furnace. I met twice, separately, with 2 exceptionally knowledgeable, professional, responsive and helpful technicians: Chris O'Korn and Nick Leary. They both took the time and interest to explain the problems and to cure them. Tried to scam my wife into making a potentially fraudulent insurance claim using fear tactics regarding "mold". Didn't provide any written information or estimate after more than 1 request, and just went silent. It turns out that we are most likely dealing with just mildew which can be cleaned with a scrubber and bleach and repainted (with proper paint). I can't even imagine what they thought they were going to charge the insurance company to remove the walls and ceiling and basically completely overhaul an area of the house...shameful fear tactics, potential fraud (IMO)... read more

Jeremy came by the day after we called, provided a great quote the same day and 4 days later, George and James came to our home to get the job done. They did an excellent job remediating the mold in our basement caused from a leak in the wall. They removed and took away all the damaged drywall / flooring and left the room superbly clean. ALERT, ALERT, ALERT, BE AWARE , these are Pure thieves , there are other decent companies, they tell you don't worry we'll deal with your insurance, just sign the authorization to work, we'll never ask you for anything. and once the insurance declines a claim or settles for way less. they come after you, these thieves are charging me Forty six thousand dollars for few hours not more than 8 hours, drying some water from my floor after a pipe burst, few guys showed up they did a little work , most of the time they were measuring, talking and eating, one came after few days and asked me to sign a letter of satisfaction to submit it to the insurance company. 30 months later they show up to me with a bill of $46,000.00 pure devils and thieves, stay away. I will recommend every one to watch out. I will keep posting and alerting people to stay away from these thieves. and watch out from any public adjuster that would recommend them, I am sure that most of the 5 stars reviews and comments are fake. My advice to you is stay away, there are other decent companies don't deal with these thieves, the name of my business was Sam's Furniture and Liquidation Outlet that was in Leominster the claim in Dedham court, All I want is that people out there to be aware of what kind of a company you are. Painful experience. They lied throughout the process. They inflated their quote multiple times over. There crew was lazy and would only work 5 hour days, Communication was terrible, when i would complain i would be gaslighted by the project manager. I had plumbing failure that caused raw sewage to back up and flood my basement and back up into my tub and toilet. Yuck! I'm grateful to Leo and the team that showed up on a Friday night at 9 pm to clean up the mess. They were polite, efficient and understanding. By 10:30 pm, my bathroom was spotless, the basement was drying out and no longer smelled like raw sewage. They left 3 industrial grade dehumidifiers to work all weekend to dry out the rest. I hope I never have to call Air Care again :) but glad to know they're there in an emergency. read more

AirCare Environmental to the rescue! We discovered our finished basement completely flooded after getting a lot of rain quickly after the remnants of Elsa hit Massachusetts. with two pumps running and filling a huge shop-vac 25 times, we called in the professionals after a recommendation from a neighbor. Chris was super responsive and sent a crew right out. they stayed at our house pumping out the water for 3 hours (until after 10pm), got all of our furniture up on blocks and then came back first thing the next morning to finish the job and set up air movers and dehumidifiers. a few days later, Chris came back to check the progress and thanks to ACES, our basement is dry, carpet is saved and there is minimal damage. called them for an estimate for mold removal in my attic. Project Mgr. Matt Vachon came to view the job. A couple days later I tried to contact him to find out what the estimate was. No response...I called the office in total 7 times to get in touch with hiim. No response. On one of the last calls the secretary who had taken my call several times transfered me to the General manager who attempted to get in touch with him as I held on..no luck. I eventually got a written estimate and tried once again to call mr. Vachon..no luck. I called the office and asked to speak to the General Mgr directly and as I held on I kept getting disconnected. At this point enough was enough. I then chose a different and less expensive company to do the work. I am just amazed at how difficult it was to get in contact with these people. The only person I did not trouble talking to was the secretary who admittedly was beside herself as no one was contacting me....They seem like a good company but when they do not get back to a customer...something is wrong ...do not take a chance with these people...go with someone who answers your calls and questions. read more

This place is nothing but crooks. I started on 6/2/2019. They came out very quick with their equipment. They did their assessment of the place. Had me sigh papers.and they did nothing. But dragged me along with some crap. After two weeks they came back and demo the damaged area.after a a week I called to see what was the hold up. And I was told it was the insurance company. So now I'm calling both the insurance company and them every two days . No word. My contact no stop taking my calls for another week so. I called him from a different number and he answered. Know He's caught in a lie that the Doctor had him not talk for a week. So a week later. I get a call from his partner stating he need to do adjustment. So they can finish the work. So it took him another two weeks to send the paperwork to the insurance.and all they did was give me lie after lie. read more

I contacted various companies after a sewage leak in my basement. After multiple people came out to give us estimates, but end the end I went with AirCare. They were soooooooooo AMAZING! My first contact was with a gentleman names Rob, he was amazing. He gave us his personal cell number, was great with follow up and showed a true concern to help. His service was so good I was surprised to find out he was not the owner. The clean up crew was amazing as well!!! One guy was Siro and I can't remember the other gentleman's name, but they were amazing. The did a great clean up and were fast in reliable. He made a cost-conscious recommendation that may resolve my moisture problem before proposing a fee-based solution from his company, which I appreciated. This company was awful. We were in a tough position trying to get some water damage taken care of, and, aside from the one crew leader who seemed competent, the men who came to our house were unprofessional, slow, and prone to taking breaks constantly to smoke or do god knows what in their trucks. Also, the crew was pulled off our job before it was completed, and we got a pieced together job done over two weeks when it could have been finished in two or three days. My husband was irate. We were assigned this company by insurance, but definitely choose Servpro or other similar companies if you can: we researched it and this branch just went through a merger with NEBR, and it's a mess. Plus, three people called us so we had no one single contact person. They made a bad situation worse!! Avoid them if you can. read more
